Those eggs are Mexican Soul Food. We normally don't prepare that for non-mexicans because of the chili peppers. But if you can stand the heat stay in the kitchen. Goes good with a slice of avocado.

@kaganesa Well, when I buy eggs, which isn't very often, I just buy half-a-dozen, and eat three at a time, which is also a lot. And I've actually made this, and it came out fine. You should try it. By the way, I don't think eating loads would give a woman a figure like that. Nigella was just lucky, but with most women, it's either all that food goes to the hips or the breasts, and if they do happen to attain the right figure, they just contnue to get bigger LOL!
