Just an update for your update... As of 11/16 there is a new Moxatag voucher in place that reduces the co-pay for patients (including cash pay) an unlimited amount so that the patient pays $20 tops. This is cheaper than generic amoxicillin 875mg tablets in most pharmacies.
i got 10 tabs on the house. god bless the sample cabinet.
