Something funny about the 2nd temple. You can bomb your way through the top wall of all the rooms to the right until the old man. When you reach the old man's room you can bomb the left side to leave at the room right before the boss :P

Actually the way I beat Dodongo was, I put a bomb in his way but he didn't eat it. It just blew up and the smoke stunned him. He died in one hit.

@chucker173 They actually had that planned for OOT. You got it in a place called the unicorn fountain right under the entrance to zoras domain, its a fairy fountain with a unicorn statue and thats where you got the sword beam.

You know when you fight Dodongos you can just make the smoke of the bomb hit them then slice them with your sword. They actually drop more bombs for you that way.

first time Ive met Dodongo, I didn't know how to beat him. Me and my friend played together and we were six watching but none of us had any clue. And for accidently one of my friend layed a bomb on the ground and the dodongo ate it. We have never been so surprised in our whole life then.

In the first dungeon (the tree, video #2 of this walkthrough) there's a room with three Goriya (the enemies with the brown boomerangs). Kill all of them to make the Boomerang appear on the floor that you can then pick up. It's one of the most useful items in the game.
