IF LEVINE IS SO worried about euthanasia, when's the last time he volunteered at a pet adoption day, or supported with his presence, dollars, etc., in any meaningful way, free spay and neuter clinics???

Actually, this is not correct,pet owners will not have to wait until Jan 2009. There are no exemptions from day 1 after passage as the bill allows local jurisdictions to write harsher measures and ignore exemptions, and right now no jurisdictions in CA have any exemption process in place and none are currently planning any, also why bother when the law allows you to just force everyone to do it and collect fines.

NAIS(national animal identification system), USDA program where those who own even one livestock animal are registered, tagged and tracked, (like sex offenders/child molesters) Disease suspected? Kill animals in 6 mile radius. Reason? So Big Agriculture can sell meat globally. (Big Ag does not tag, track each critter on factory farms. Just 1 number per lot) Any one could be sick!
