A superb video from some people who certainly know their beef. I ate at a Gaucho some weeks ago and actually had the pleasure of running into the guy in this video. He was as informative and entertaining in real life as he is in the video and it was a rare treat.

Having grown up in South Africa I thought I knew a little something about beef - these guys and their 7,500 Kg's of Steak sold in the UK each week upgraded my understanding and gave me the best steak I'd EVER EATEN!
