unfortunatly...only semi-evoluder for mikoto...hopefuly if they reconsider project Z she will be a full evoluder in which i would like to see a hell and heaven by both guy and mikoto (that would be kickass!)
When EI-01(Pasder) first crashed on Earth,he created a backup plan in the form of Mikoto.He implanted a spore or seed of some kind (details are fuzzy,can't remember it all)which laid dormant until the second to last ep,where it awoke,turning Mikoto into a Zonder-like entity.
Pretty well done. And what's this, Mikoto was turned into a Zondar herself? That sucks. That now just makes me want to find more dubbed torrents of GaoGaiGar LOL.

Mikoto becomes the Zoundar - a very powerful hybrid between a human and Zonder due to the spore implanted insider her by Pasadar.
After she and Guy are purified, they both become Evoluders.
