Eddie is such a deep thinker and speaker, I cant imagine him saying every day things like: "can you pass me the butter! " I adore him, and admire him so much!!!
he is such a wise man, when he talked about where do they write the songs, just looking at the water and its purity. and the way he compared surfing to writing, damn, that was really deep thinking.
Pot has more carcinagins than cigarettes, but they are less dangerous for the fact that it's not addictive. People can smoke the equivalent of 1 pack of cigarettes over an entire year, or more, which is how many cigarettes people smoke in 1 day.
Hey Eddie, luv...the cigs will take your looks, your voice, then your life. You have so much to live for. See your local naturopathic physician or google Dr. Marijah McCain.
I care about people, Mr. Spam, nor do I wish to control them. I'm delighted that Mr. Vedder has delegated you as his interpreter, and that your bid for empireship of this page is a resounding success.
Just saw Into The Wild. Great movie and awesome sound track. My dad has been a PJ fan since '91. He said dang is Eddie gonna do the whole soundtrack lol. Big fan of VINYL myself. I am gonna start collecting PJ records.
I think Eddie always gives great interviews because you can tell that he's not bullshiting like we see so many do! He's speaking exactly what he feels and he inspires! He's a fascinating speaker!

Lol sometimes eddie speaks alot of nonsense in interviews, i wish they'd interview mike, stone and jeff more often because i've always thought eddie thinks on a completely different non mundane level and gives terrible interviews.
I was impressed by this album. Much better than everything from No Code to Riot Act. Ed's voice is a little different- it's a bit deeper, huskier, but still has the same power. Song wise I found it on about the same level as Vs. Go, Animal, Daughter, Dissident, Rearviewmirror, and Elderly Woman were the best songs. On this album the best songs are Life Wasted, World Wide Suicide, Comatose, Severed Hand, Unemployed, Inside Job, and Marker in the Sand are the best on the 2006 album.
pearl jam are one of my fav bands, but is it me or does vedders voice lack the power it once had in the 90's? cos wen i saw them live recently twice, it seemed that he was struggling during songs like jeremy etc.

That's a nervous laugh there, Frock. I've seen someone die very prematurely from smoking and you wouldn't scoff if you had the same experience.

Eddie doesn't require your opinion, and no one here wants you to express it.
