I just finished watching this series and there is a great deal of wisdom in it. I was brought up with religion. Dad was Catholic and Mom was Lutheran. For the past 25 years I have told people, If you want to see my church, look outside. I want to be with this world, not the one our leaders think to make. I could wish that I had been born a Native American. Then I could have grown up understanding our relationship with this earth, instead of having to puzzle out the little I know. Thank you.
@Greyhawkism Actually, being born native in these days you almost get no understanding anyways, because most natives were assimilated into todays culture(search for their history in the US or in Canada). With that, most of us have to search for these things to learn from. Which makes me sad, because once upon a time, it was freely handed down, and THIS was common sense. (Source: I was born native)

@newave123456 i think they are annoyed with the fact religion is often the base of conflict, but the conflict is the devils work, most religions really are not that different when you see through the labels, Mayan Hunab ku, Hindu Somvarta and Rapture(< i think, not 100% sure) actually mean the same thing, the mayans, hopi and the bible talk of the sun disappearing for 3 days to. we need spirituality to recognize and balance the soul, and connect with live on earth, to me god is the cosmos.
We can indeed be a world-altering generation. However, we need to set aside our egos, minimize consuming, and band together for the greater good. It is extremely simple as to picking a good president. Who is HONEST? The rest will work itself out. I would love to see a Native American Indian person as a president. @awolamigo30 What is a real American then? I would consider the likes of George Washington, Andrew Jackson and William Henry Harrison to be "real Americans". The real question is: should we really be proud of these people? People who justified enslavement, genocide, the removal of people from their homelands and so many other atrocities. Thank you so much for posting this. I grew up with Mescalero Apaches and feel Blessed by their teachings. All Native American Cultures have so much to teach and the rest of us here in the USA should listen to their Wisdom.

Some of what you say is not all true to correct you. I have a cousin related to a native family on part of my uncle's side and they don't believe in the native religion. i was shocked to know that they are in christianity. and then theres some friends i guess i can say i met a while back who were no more ordinary that those non-believers to anything, but really nice people. what is true is the corrupt system we have here, where everyone is trying to force others to christianity.

Although my skin is white in this life, I hear these words with my heart. I too was moved to tears. There IS GOOD in people! It's hard to know what to do sometimes, or how to be good, and I do believe that we've forgotten who we are. But I know in my heart that the best thing that we can do is to approach this experience with love for all souls (non-human included) to the best of our ability. Love to all.

For the past 25 years I have told people, If you want to see my church, look outside. I want to be with this world, not the one our leaders think to make. I could wish that I had been born a Native American. Then I could have grown up understanding our relationship with this earth, instead of having to puzzle out the little I know. Thank you.

@Greyhawkism Actually, being born native in these days you almost get no understanding anyways, because most natives were assimilated into todays culture(search for their history in the US or in Canada). With that, most of us have to search for these things to learn from. Which makes me sad, because once upon a time, it was freely handed down, and THIS was common sense. (Source: I was born native)

@newave123456 i think they are annoyed with the fact religion is often the base of conflict, but the conflict is the devils work, most religions really are not that different when you see through the labels, Mayan Hunab ku, Hindu Somvarta and Rapture(< i think, not 100% sure) actually mean the same thing, the mayans, hopi and the bible talk of the sun disappearing for 3 days to. we need spirituality to recognize and balance the soul, and connect with live on earth, to me god is the cosmos.

We can change the world and learn to appreciate and give back to Mother Earth in the little ways that are possible. Mentality is what stands between imagining and actually doing. It is extremely simple as to picking a good president. Who is HONEST? The rest will work itself out. I would love to see a Native American Indian person as a president. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Thus, I'm for Ron Paul. I'd trust him with my life and check book. The details will work themselves out. If the constitution gets dismantled anymore, it doesn't matter who votes prolife or not, or gay marriage or not, cause we'll have much bigger problems. Believe it.

I have a cousin related to a native family on part of my uncle's side and they don't believe in the native religion. i was shocked to know that they are in christianity. and then theres some friends i guess i can say i met a while back who were no more ordinary that those non-believers to anything, but really nice people. what is true is the corrupt system we have here, where everyone is trying to force others to christianity.

EXACTLY! All people have "blood" of people who ones knew how to live with Earth and all her creatures. It is about culture and belief, not blood.
It doesn't matter if you feel connections to Indians, Africans or the Na'vi, it is about feeling a connection to Earth and all her people and making good decisions/policies based on those feelings.

People, the Germanic folk do have and always have had their own indigenous tradition that we can follow, that teaches us to live in harmony with Moder Jord/Mother Earth. We don't need to get into this "spiritual colonialism" and move in on the Native ways. They aren't OUR ways. We have our own ways, our own ancestors, our own land spirits, our own sacrifices and offerings to the land spirits that we can make. It got stomped out in Europe but it can come back!

can goods (beans or peas are good for the protein in them)...300 hundred cans at that price is only $100.00 and if you don't need them ever, no biggy. (keep them at around 50-70 degrees.) every 50,000 years the earth heats up only a few degrees and then self corrects.
Though ices will melt during this 'cycle' causing various waters to rise.. .... some wet mess in localities. It is not a perpetual non stop heating up. Find your calm on this, it is only cyclical. But, there is no money in that viewpoint....if someone can succeed in scaring you into more taxes to ""fix"" the heating cycle. (Which cannot be done...it simply self corrects, like the human body often does)
