The last incarnation of Colin's band 'The Cabin Boys' toured Italy in 1963 and then left him, they became famous as 'The Rokes', with many popular hits......

@bassman398 ...in actually fact the "ORIGINAL" line up of Cabin Boys didn't feature in the film either.! It was line-up No 6 that were featured...Colin Hicks & The Cabin Boys #6 (September - December 1959)

· Colin Hicks (Lead Vocals), Dave 'Zom' Tick on guitar (ex-Vipers), Rod 'Boots' Slade on bass, and Mike O’Neill on piano (ex-Clay Nicholls & The Blue Flames). Jimmy Nicol, the original drummer, provided a thread of continuity.

@bassman398 Now this is fact,the Giddy Up a Ding Dong footage is from an italian television programe,the footage with Colin and the band by the swimming pool is from a film called Alabia Dargento(a love story) and was filmed in Rome the band were called IL Rebli - see continued on next msg

I gave you my sources freely, i have nothing to hide, and if i stand corrected then so be it...think about it, do you really believe i would rather put out false information than the truth..? I would rather say "no info known" than give out wrong information. All you had to do was send me a private message telling me who you were and correcting me and then we wouldn't of had to go through all this nonsense.
