When you say "buy and hold is dead", are you saying that if I had 10,000 bucks and wanted to put it into a mutual fund, tomorrow,,,,say, a Dodge and Cox fund, and I wanted to leave it there for 20 years...are you saying that I could get hurt doing that?..that playing an up and down market is now how smart investors are going to operate?
