lol have you ever played Driver's Ed? You get it when you buy all the Mini-Games including Battle and Item. After playing it, Bumper Balloon Cars is a lot easier, because it has the same controls and you know how to move the car. :D

in bumper ballon cars I just stay in my place and wait until just one is remaining and then I get him/her out too, is pretty easy. =)
