@Kentaraptor Yes, apparantely, you can get it (it says it on the cover with the other nintendog breeds). If you want to unlock the Shiba Inu breed, you have to earn 30,000 trainer points. I think you also have to find a japanese collar as well.

How to get all breeds and all homes:

Go on action replay with any nintendogs game inserted. Then, Check Max Trainer Points. After that, brush your dog. You MIGHT unlock everything. I haven't confirmed it yet, but it did work.
