trick is that most people will pop there movement impairing effects trinket right after the cheap shot because they know that the you will do cheap shot. So instead of doing cheap shot make them waste there trinket by sinply doing eviserate and vanishing.

Frost Mages you will open like: Cheap Shot - Mage blinks - you vanish - you garrote and instant Kidney shot ... After that mage will Ice block but you can decide how to continue because theres so many ways to continue.
