UnSung brought me here. What an AMAZING performance!!! Why is it so difficult to find talent like this these days? Oh yeah, technology and the video image got in the way. Instead we get a crop of glorified pole dancers who rely on T & A and an auto-tuned mic to make a buck. I've yet to see a performance like this on AI. (And this was in front of her peers!) Anyway, kudos Ms. Williams.

Niecy, Aretha, Gladys, Chaka, Donna, and so on. As Patti says; 'Real women standing and singing'. Amen.

I give her credit for following her heart and soul (and defying her record label in the process) by performing her own composition "God Is Amazing" as part of the gospel assembly instead of making the more obvious choice of performing her recent #1 hit "Let's Hear It For The Boy" in her own spotlight - it goes to show Niecy has conviction and is a true artist.

One of the best live acapella performances you will ever see!!! Raw talent!!! Angelic!!! Beautiful!!! Not a lot of screaming and hollering! Skillful singing. Nobody sings like her. Still singing, even at 60 years old. Look at Mariah and Whitney. I love them, but Niecy's voice and style is tops!!!

Her vibrato was crack-a-lackin off the dam chain, ok?.....SICK vocals, for real. Like all the really good vocalists, she knows what the hell to do when you stick a mike in her hand. I love anything accapella, so this was right up my alley...the hairs on my arm stood up when she started to sing.
