  • JDS you would not get a knockout over Brock he's afraid to get hit so he would than likely run lol

  • Idk if my balls could handle that.

  • well, a lot different response to an ice bath than tito ortiz, lol

  • bis shot ..

  • look at his coaches !!!WTF big names

  • he looks like shogun..brothers from brazil?lmao

  • taking it like a fucking boss

  • i wat to be in it

  • I love ice baths.

  • And that is why he is the new UFC Heavyweight Champion!!!

  • Cain will rock his ass

  • @ammopisstollpet hahaha

  • @ammopisstollpet Cain will what?

  • @ammopisstollpet hu??

  • @ammopisstollpet ya ur proly right

  • @ammopisstollpet what?

  • what?

  • @ammopisstollpet BAHAHAHA

  • @ammopisstollpet haha nice prediction bro~! owait...

  • Fuck dos santos

  • maybe tito wouldnt have thrown such a fit in the ice bath if he had taken out his tampon first. JDS is a frikkin beast. i think he'll tko or submit cain velasquez in ufc 140

  • Ice bath is for muscle recovery not enchanced performance

    lol

  • JDS is an awesome piece of the HW division, Valasquez is a solid champion as well. This is the biggest HW fight in history. I have to pick the champ to retain the title however but man i'm pumped!

  • @4468977521003 WTF!!!! REALLY IT DOES? ( not sarcasticly speaking)

  • Can anyone tell me what the ice bath is for?

  • @iamjosef12345 regeneration

  • shut the fuck up!! my iq is 190 +

  • @warLock21X

you should get rid of the 0

  • Comment removed

  • @warLock21X

haha, i was just joking man, but you do leave me with a question, in what country would i get executed for that according to you?

  • @muppetowner lol probably in the middle east.

  • Does anyone know by xperience if an ice bath does help after a hard workout????

  • @Stugots666x Not by experience by lots of pro fighters do that after workouts, and they know what they are doing so IMO YES :D

  • ice buckets are retarded, just get in a warm bath ul get the same effect

  • @warLock21X not even close

  • @warLock21X you're an idiot. the extreme cold flushes out the lactic acid in your muscles after a workout and sends the blood back to your core. you wont get as bad of DOMS and it enhances your recovery. warm/hot water doesnt do that

  • "I think im faster then him" Im not talking shit but I dont think this guy has seen brock move. I mean he did suffer a loss to Cain. But man Brock moves hella fast for 265. And does anyone recall when Mir beat Brock? What happened the 2nd fight? You already know. ;-)

  • @heavingX yes i suppose you have a slight point but you have to point out the JDS has extremely good fighting hands and Brock doesn't, brock will be constantly tackling but he wont be able to protect himself, just look at all of JDS's wins. i like brock as a fighter, he has a huge gas tank for his truck, but JDS is a train that cannot be stopped unless brock is adept at submissions.

  • Nice vid, thanks. Keep 'em coming.

  • such a nice guy

hope he fuckin smashes brocks face in

  • Thanks to all for the feedback, I've never heard of an ice bath. I'm still amazed at how he treats it like it's a jacuzzi, he looks like he could sleep in that if he wanted.

  • the problem is that if you do this too much it makes your bones brittle when your older. I'd say you can do it but not much

  • What does the ice bath do????

  • @shogun996 I think it's good for the immune system if you do it regularly, but I'm not sure, the only reason why I suspect it's good is this: In my uni a guy from russia was subjected to cold showers to the back of his head every day, since he was a kid and he claims it made him more resistent to colds and stuff like that.

So it could be just to make the body more resistent or something.

  • @Altairograph no its so you dont feel so sore the day after a workout

  • @shogun996 it helps you not feel so sore the day after you workout

  • @shogun996 When your muscles are sore they need to recover fast and they are also doing it if they've gotten any injuries, such as little bruises or whatever, it helps to heal:)

  • @shogun996 and it speeds up recovery time by alot.

  • BRAZIL FOR LIFE!!!

  • JDS will knock out Cain Velasquez. I really hope Cain gets knocked out.

  • You can tell from 0:10-0:20 he's like "one of you motherfuckers is gonna pay for this shit. what the fuck am i doing in this bitch anyways?" lol

  • I can't believe he's just chillin in there like it was a jacuzzi and shit like "where the hos at now? i aint doing this shit by myself". either this guy has no body heat or he's just used to being a cold hard knockout machine for the UFC

  • I haven't tried the ice bath yet. I seen Wanderlei silva do it. and he was pretty calm too but Im going to ask my trainer first I suppose :D

  • compare his calmness to tito ortiz... wow fucking tito is a pussy

  • @moonerjamerson Get in an ice bath, Then come and comment again.

  • @moonerjamerson

JDS is wearing a shirt, covering some of the nerves in say his chest. Also some people just can't handle the cold, so they freeze.

  • JDS would have survived the Titanic with flying colors. (Also, he would have beat the shit out of the water until the water took his to safety.)

  • @ultrasasuke2

    LMFAO!

  • I respect JDS but he wont beat Cain

  • @karan6 Yeah, same here. I got a feeling Cain will show the true meaning of wrestling to JDS. The Noguira Brothers say he's hard to take down, but Cain is for sure far superior than a regular wrestler.

  • @jirehjehova i see where your coming from but Cain hasnt faced someone like dos santos

  • @Cambria358 i understand what your saying it's true but cain has alotta heart and when cain rocked him he lifed kong off his feet and made a come back but then again kongo cheats

  • They give Bas Rutten a chair but throw JDS in a trash can full of ice :D

  • he looks like randy orton

  • that is a pretty tough fucker i haven't seen anybody take an ice bath and talk during it

  • if dos santos can't stop brocks takedown he will lose

  • @gregory57481 yea he deffinetly can

  • doesn't he look like shogun's bigger brother or somehting? and I don't mean murillo

  • wouldnt the ice bath get you sick?

  • @trevorcolget yeah, I never understood that... it destroys immune system. or...?

  • @bizarrejapan idk its just something my parents always told me

  • @trevorcolget Idk but it sure does shrink your balls and weiner

  • @UJ1400 It actually increases your spermcount..

  • @UJ1400 only because it's cold but afterwards it raises sperm count :D

  • @shadowcar88 really i did not know that?! Do you think really hot water does the opposite?

  • @UJ1400 lolwut??

  • @UJ1400 Yes, any hot temperature is bad for that. Like sauna and hot bath.

  • he might be able to grind lesnar out to win a ud but he couldn ko him

  • he cant do it like wanderlei silva

  • So whats the point of ice baths? Is it something to do with muscle soreness?

  • @Shaunmccall101 its like an icepack for your whole body

  • @Shaunmccall101 To help speed up recovery and lower inflammation from workout damage.

  • @Shaunmccall101 to prevent muscle injury

  • junior i think has a better chance then carwin.... just because i think his cardio is better... but i still think brock will leave with the belt on his shoulder i love JDS but im stating my opinion

  • JDS needs to work on his takedown defense if he wants to beat brock. We all know he has the skills to Knock him out.

  • @RileyOcelot have you ever seen him get taken down?

  • I hope Cain Velasquez beats Brock i would love to see Cain versus JDS for the title.

  • @jr280188 got your wish buddy WAR JDS!

  • damn that ending was intense

  • what I see in the future is most likely Cain Velasques and Junior Dos Santos fighting for the heavy weight title somewhere in the future, its going to happen

  • lol at hiim taking the belt from lesner.

Brock is too powerful for jds. Also jds has no takedown defense to speak of.

  • why is he in an ice bath? and why does nobody ask about this?

  • @wubs23 it prevents you from getting sore

  • @wubs23 it's because his cock is way too huge and it interferes with his normal day-to-day activities. the ice bath shrinks it for a while. he has to take 4 or 5 a day.

  • i dont get it why the doesnt let his left ear getting fixed....

  • @locohellraiser it's his trade mark

  • @CoBros ok :P

  • @locohellraiser its not even bad

  • @Cambria358 no but i dont think any girls would lovei t :P

  • @locohellraiser hes married

  • What the hell

  • i would kill my sister to see him fight against cain valesques

  • @SUBIESAMURAI07 that would be a real good fight and i think valesques would win but i also think niether one of them are ready for lesner or carwin

  • @LWAEJGK19 dos santos would knock carwins head of carwin may have power put he doesnt have the skill to beat junior dos santos in a standup fight dos santos is by far a more technical striker thats why he has a kickboxin record of 18-0

  • Regardless, lesnar would get KOd or subbed by fedor. He's too slow, and couldn't stop the speed and strength of fedors subs.

  • Nobody Beats Brock, NOBODY!

  • @IamAlwaysRight Brock is shit.

  • If he fights brock I think Nog will really really polish him on hits Jui Jitsu but I reckon he is fast enough to ktfo brock...just look how bad ass his ear is lol

  • Why does he wear a shirt and why are his arms out of the ice?? Thnx

  • if he stands up with lesnar he might have a chance but i doubt brock will do it..he didnt do it with mir..so if these two ever fought..lesnar will take him down like all of his fights and do ground and pound..no one can defend lesnar's take down..its jus my opinion though..but this guy is still learning..

  • This guy will be the next heavyweight champion. He will take the belt from Brock Lesnar.

  • @invinciblecp

more like he'll take it from shane carwin lmao

    unless lesnar F5's carwin

  • @MewtwoShadow I totally can see that too! So I agree totally with u.

  • @invinciblecp i love junior. i'm a huge fan of this guy ever since he came in against werdum. you can just tell this man has something that most other fighters lack. he's fast, accurate, POWERFUL, can keep the fight standing, i think we will see he is at least competent on the ground, but most of all he is HUNGRY for victory.

this man is only 25, and he's already devastated everybody he's faced and made them look like amateurs. what's scary is that he's really just starting out.

  • @invinciblecp he could take out lesnar, but at the same time i think carwin has a better chance due to the way they match up. i think what shane has that dos santos doesn't that will make a big difference against brock is raw power and wrestling ability that can rival or even surpass the champ's.

not saying junior won't win, in fact i think he would end up overwhelming brock with his strikes but carwin has the more solid chance. i think he'll end up making short work of lesnar next month.

  • @invinciblecp very very true.... too bad alot of people dont see it...

  • @invinciblecp i doubt it. if Lesnar can get in a ice bath without making a noise and without clothes and Junior obviously cant. it jus shows who has bigger balls ; )

  • @bamaboi1994 wtf it doesn't even come down to an ice bath you retard dos santos is going to serve brook, lesnars got a problem on his hand when this fight goes down, cigano practice truth fear NOTHING!

  • @invinciblecp Lol what you meant to say was he will take the belt from Cain Velasquez, which he won't. Cain has too many tools while JDS is essentially a powerful puncher, that's it

  • @dss103

his comment was 1 year ago.. so cmon

  • @dss103

first when was the last time you saw jds on the ground?.JDS is not just more powerful punchers,he has longer reach advantage,he is faster and stronger..cain could win on the ground, but I say we didnt see jds on the ground for a long..so I think that jds wins.

  • @invinciblecp you mean from cain?

  • @invinciblecp try again!

  • why is he taking an ice bath?

  • @oliviamatthews it helps the body recover faster after a workout or fight

  • All you people say this guy would beat lesnar, ye but then you could say mir beats people by sub/tko and stuff like that. but lesnar also dominated him in their 2nd fight, but anything can happen, but then this guy is an animal his fights are crazy

  • dos santos>lesnar

  • Of course you think Brock will beat Dos Santos(which I doubt), just by your username..your biased towards lesnar. Your probably a wwe fan lol loser.

  • @chrisgarcia21 hm considering ive been on notice of lesnar since he was in college i wouldnt say im biased i am saying lesnar has strength enough to were if he lands a clean shot he knock almost anyone out on top of that i highly doubt that dos santos would be able to stop lesnar's take downs mir couldnt stop them and neither will dos santos.

  • @chrisgarcia21 yup, junior can beat brock. why? carwin was beating the fuck out of him easily until he gassed. JDS has much sharper hands than carwin. he's not quite as powerful, but he has enough to inflict major damage on anybody. i've only seen him taken down once in the UFC, by multiple-time ADCC grappling champion and 260 pound BJJ black belt gabriel gonzaga, and he stood back up instantly with no problem whatsoever. cigano will rape brock with the bristly end of a broom.

  • @kingcrimson234 Personally I think Carwin will win this weekend, but it doesn't really matter imo, because neither will beat Cain.

  • @kr4yzi32k agree'd on the cain part but I'd like to see santos more, carwin and cain have very similar styles but carwin gasses too easily, he may have changed that with carwin 2.0 though so we never know, but I love JDS speed

  • @sage4000 I know JDS is a great fighter, but I just can't see him getting up if Carwin hits him. If carwin's cardio is up to par, it is going to be a tough tough fight for JDS.

  • @kr4yzi32k I think the power of Carwin can stop JDS. But if it goes passed the halfway mark of the first round its out of Shane's hands Carwin has never been in a fight with a brawler long enough to take any real damage, along side him getting gassed (which he has lost 25 lbs and says he has better cardio but the weight cut could work against him) JDS speed and versatility will stop Carwin.

  • @sage4000 Good points, I can't wait for the fight! I hope it doesn't go to decision is all I have to say.

  • @kr4yzi32k that's the 1 thing that is virtually guaranteed with this match up. What are your picks for the main card and spike prelims? I think Chris Weidman, Sam Stout, Donald Cerrone, Mark Munoz, Dave Herman, Diego Nunes, and JDS.

  • @sage4000 I'm going with Ken Flo, Dave Herman, Mark Munoz, (I'd really like to see Maia put on a ju jitsu clinic but don't think he can) Donald Cerrone, Sam Stout, and Chris Weidman. And, I'm taking Carwin because of points made earlier, and because I want to see him regain his confidence after the Lesnar loss.

  • @kr4yzi32k nunes vs ken flo is either way with me, would honestly like to see kenny vs aldo but for some reason don't see him getting past nunes, I'm excited about Sam Stout, Yves most recent fight was against Cody Mckenzie whom was 12-0 his first fight was TKO and all 11 after that were Guillotines in the first round and Yves Submitted him. Meanwhile Sam Stout has 5 fight of the night honors so that is a fight I'm looking forward to.

  • @sage4000 I'm more excited about this card than I have been for a while. I don't see Yves Edwards getting passed Sam Stout. The only fights that have me more excited are Nick Diaz vs GSP.

  • @kr4yzi32k My most exciting card was GSP vs Shields, it was the first PPV I've ordered, I generally read the cage side play by play, which I must do with this fight, then watch it when it gets posted on youtube the next day lol.

  • @sage4000 No man, I have a website that you can stream the fight for 6$.

  • @kr4yzi32k lol nice, I heard about theaters playing UFC events and charging a couple bucks at the door.

  • @sage4000 lol, that I haven't heard of. I will message you the site later when I get home and if you want to check it out you can.

  • @kr4yzi32k haha ya! I went 6 for 7, although I heard the one I missed was real close.

  • @sage4000 Lol I did too, but you missed the florian fight. It was a close one but ken flo definitely won. man did you see sam stout knock out yves edwards?!

  • @kr4yzi32k Yea, that was awesome, saw them trading then suddenly BAM hit him with a left yves goes down and starts shaking I think it was the first fight I have actually made a verbal reaction to lol.

  • @sage4000 I texted a buddy of mine the minute it happened and said "I think he's dead." It was a brutal KO.

  • @kingcrimson234

Mr I know everything about fuck all

  • Man..taking ice baths will freeze your balls.

  • this guy is going to be champion, Brock will give it to him but I think he'll find a way to win, I'd like to see him take revenge for Minotauro on Frank Mir.

  • Will be a legend in time

  • this dude is a top prospect... i see him having a title shot (at least announced) sometime in 2010

  • you serious? no offense to lesnar, but his striking is not very good, great wrestler and strong though, has bad hands and couldnt stand with Mir.

Dos santos has finished all of his fights, all KO and strike subs, he may be much smaller than lesnar, but has fast, heavy hands, accurate, way better striking.

Lesnar beat herring by decision. I mean no offense to other fighters though, i could not do any better than they and i have no say in what will happen.

  • @madPop511 doesnt matter dos santos would get taken down by lesnar easy enough then lesnar would ground and pound him until he is out cold if you need anymore proof go look at frank mir's face from the second lesnar fight and also when mir caught lesnar with a muay thai knee lesnar got shook but immediatly went back to being calm dos santos would never beat brock

  • @wrestleman90 Not sure about that. You said look at Frank Mir face...well, Junior is faster than Frank and i think hits harder than THAT frank mir that Lesnar fought.

Brock has good wrestling and is strong guy but his stand up is not that great. Dos Santos is known to have good takedown defense and good hips to get out of ground situations. unfortunately for Lesnar, the fight starts standing up which automatically gives advantage tooooo Dos Santos!

  • @gooberhead81 ROFL, good hips isnt going to stop a Brock Lesnar takedown; you need to wrestle for about 25 years, 1/4 of that time at the highest level of competition and still be the champ for that. What Lesnar did in collegiate wrestling is no joke and is way more competitive than Kickboxing, BJJ etc because wrestling is integrated into schools worldwide. If you wish to beat him, you must learn how to fight off your back, because Brock has only done that a few years,

  • @TheGr8one1022 His wrestling is good but there are alot of things a strong guy like Junior Dos Santos can do to avoid take-downs. I'm not taking anything away from Brock. He's big, strong guy with good wrestling but wrestlers aren't invincible. Also, I always say this...but the fight starts standing up, which means Brock has to FIND a takedown first and he might get tagged trying to do so. Just because wrestling is in schools, doesn't make it more competitive O_o Silly to think that way.

  • @TheGr8one1022 The people who go out and seek boxing or muay thai schools etc...Have equal amount of competition and dangerous potential fighters because they went out and FOUND the school and paid for it. Just because wrestling is in schools, doesn't mean it's better than anything else. and no...if you want to beat brock, learn to reverse wrestle and keep it standing. Being on the ground with a big guy isn't intelligent fighting. but eh...that's just my philosophy. "Keep the big guy off of you"

  • i love this guy!

  • I like the way they did this video for my dude Junior Dos Santos especially when the camera slowly zooms in on his face that look he has is just too intense i like this guy is gonna be frightning matchup for anyone simply for the fact he has bone-crushing knockout power i mean just look at all the elite fighters he,s KO,ed
