I have both phones and personally the htc HD2 is better sure u can jailbreak the iPhone and make it 10 times kooler but when u download themes or any tweaks ur battery life goes out the window it might last 3 hrs if it's fully decked out the HD2 last alot longer

to be honest HTC HD2 is better phone for people that need multi tasking, iphone can only do one thing at a time while HTC can do loads...

Other think is that HTC is more compatible, You can swap around SD cards and you can change your battery on the go if it runs out, screen is bigger but iphone has better colors so it's kinda even although I prefer bigger screen.

I love my HD2 and I wouldn't swap it for Iphone even if some one payed me.
