Actually posting a MP3 download is copyright infridgement, you could get in ALOT of trouble for this as it is illegal. You are breaking laws and could potentionaly get sued along with youtube =/

Along with this you are ripping off mcfly as this song is avalible on there free radio:active album and will be out on there proper release album which you have to pay for.

its actually the performance mp3, not the actual. They didn't put the performance up for sale, they posted it freely on their myspace and now if we liked the performance so much that we'd like the mp3 of it, we can just convert it.

I'm not ripping McFly off. No one had to pay to here this performance. :]

The performance MP3 is practically the same as the one you can now pre-order off the album.

They posted it on their myspace for fans to get a sample of the songs and probably trusuted them enough not to rip the video and convert it to mp3 so they dont have to buy the album.

Posting the video is fine, for the video i thank you as it is interesting its the MP3 download link that is the part which is breaking copyright laws

i don't think they will. they left because they were having created differences and dead lines, now they can do things at their pace and write the songs they want to do not the ones the record label wants to sell. i don't think by any means necessary this means they will be breaking up anytime soon, they may be growing up but breaking up is not something i see them doing they're four friends in a kick ass band together what more could they want?

No disrespect to you specifically, but how can anyone compare the Jonas Brothers to McFLY? The Jonas Brothers are just a small young teenage fad created by the family channel with no depth. They're just meant to sing sappy love songs and lure pre-teens. McFLY created themselves and have talent and depth. They are real musicians, not little pop toys like the Jonas Brothers. McFLY is nothing less than amazing; I can't say the same for the Jonas Brothers.

I think that the beginning kind of sounds like the beginning to "Hit me with your Best Shot" by Pat Benatar. Listen to this and then that song and they sound alike. Both are great songs though and I love McFly.
