  • R.I.P. Bus Stop Chicane ...

  • at some point coulthard collided with one of the benettons and they were both out of the track. how the hell did he get back to race and ended michael's?

  • @1cengizk

In that case, colision with Benetton, Coulthard got off from gravel to grass near tyre wall so he was able to slide downhill back to track if i remember correct. and then when Michael was trying to lap David, he didn't see so much trough water spray so when David lifted off to let Michael pass they had colision what ended the race for both.

  • ofcourse it was coulthard who started it xD

  • che pirla dopo tutto quello che ha combinato lui............

  • lol the music at the end is like a horror-investigation film

  • 3:35 driving with 3 wheels like a boss!

  • @Spiker257 haha...he would have probably still have won, going 4-5 seconds a lap faster than anybody else! :)

  • @ZamolxisReborn hahaha yea, knowing him, that would probably happen. and if you think about it, one less tire means less friction, less friction means faster speed, haha lol

  • @Spiker257 Yea, who needed that front wing and extra tire causin extra drag up in here? Turning's for wusses :p

  • @purgatory13z HAHAHA!! yea

  • amazing! if that were today there would be very sparsely populated grid at the restart. I know its for cost cutting, but ever since they got rid of the t-car and the red flag for first corner accidents, drivers have been forced to be so tentative and for me its numbed the starts

  • the longer part isn't driven at the moment.

  • Coulthard to blame for the start crash and for shumi's ret'... the bloke was a crash merchant!!

  • @peckot i've watched F1 since the 70's and although Schumacher can be good he is also ruthless and can be very dangerous. Schumacher vs Barrichello 2010 Hungary about sums him up.

  • @peckot fuck you

  • @ peckot schumachers a tosser ;) how many times did he put drivers off the road

  • @Snookbone

    HAHAHAHA! Funny as hell!

  • Miss the good old days when drivers could wreck the cars completely, the race was red flagged and then they just hop into their spare cars. No biggie.

  • Defintitely Hamilton's fault.

  • They can be lucky nobody was hit by a tire.

  • Don't know about most impressive crash. I think Australia 2002 still has that in my opinion, mainly because it had an "OH SHIT!" crash as well as the load of little crashes.

Definatly most shocking race though, no denying that.

  • jordan f1 team loved that day because they had his first podium

  • @ISAACFLIP1989 actually jordans first podium was at aida in 1994

  • @ISAACFLIP1989 first WIN not podium.

  • spa is 7 km long

  • david coulthard is a faggot he has always been

  • i don't think they even would have tried to have a standing start nowadays with the track that wet

  • how to destroy millions of dollars in 10 seconds!

  • how the heck did michael still keep going with 3 wheels?

  • 0:03 the track was seriously not 14 km long...

  • @michai27 The original circuit was. It was shortened in the 70s.

  • @michai27 yes.. It's a long track!

  • @michai27 miles?

  • @michai27 It used to be back in the 70s

  • @michai27

It USED to be 14km long, before they shortened it to its relatively current configuration in 1979

  • @michai27

the formula 1 part is 7 km long

and the complete track 14 km

  • @michai27 The original spa-francorchamps which was built in the 1940 and used untill the late 70's was actually 14.1km long. Nowadays the circuit has been greatly shortened into about 7km.

  • what would happen nowadays with no spare car available?? a restart with 2 cars?

  • @MotorsportUK2009 They don't have spare cars but they do bring the parts to build 3 cars to the race.

  • @MotorsportUK2009 that would be EPIC!!!

"and it's Liuzzi, followed by Richardo!"

  • @MotorsportUK2009

possibly, but i think they would do a safety car start now a days. also, after the first hairpin there is a wide run off area now.

  • @MotorsportUK2009 i was like 5.........(just sayin')

  • what an interesting video

  • commentatore di merda...

  • A wonder that nobody died after got hit by tire :O

1:05 Oh no, there is my hard-earned money...

1:08 COME ON. LET'S CRASH TOGETHER WITH OUR BACKUP-CARS

  • i remember seeing this on tv. i was like, wat the fak?

  • @asshatnowhere159 me too. i was 12 back then, and it was "what the fuck just happened?"

  • ..coulTARD

  • @wilatemodel Coulthard* yes i know it was deliberate.

  • coulthard was on the racing line he lifted off the throttle expect micheal to pass but due to rain/spray micheal wasn't on same page as dc and ended up running into back was no real fault on either driver more a racing incident. mIcheal has stated that him going to the mcclaren garage after dc was one of the lowest points in his long career.

  • THIS IS MADNESS

    WHAT

    THIS

    IS

    SPA-(francoshamps) ?

  • @eliassos YES

    IT

    IS

    .

  • That was some insane performance of Hill in that shitty Jordan at the beginning of the race!

  • Screw you haters. If Coulthard didn't hog the ideal line (he was behind several laps, meaning he HAD to get out of the ideal line so the driver behind him could pass) this would never have happened.

  • at this time, we were in a flight back home, a friend told me about what happened...

  • looks like the first corner on monaco on f1 2010 the game..

  • @imnotftw yup monaco gp with grass and lots of trees

  • @tonyb24242424 I meant the carnage. I know this isn't monaco i was saying that This is like the first corner of monaco as in everyone crashed like they do on f1 2010 the game.

  • Va fanculo Schumi.

  • Stupid Schumi.... blaming his own blunder on Coulthard. This guy's ego is... (eeehm _was_ ?) too big.. His attitude....tssss. Was he German or Italian? :-p

  • @staalman

it wasnt his blunder, he couldnt see shit because of all the water coming from coulthards car, and coulthard braked unexpectedly

  • @rastamees He didnt brake, he crashed

  • how many actually finished?

  • @CrazyComicLady only 8 people lol

  • @CrazyComicLady seven

  • @CrazyComicLady they restarted the race after this, but only 8 cars finished from it due the bad weather caused quite many crashes.

  • italianos pezzo di merda .

  • questo gran premio più ke 1 gran premio è stato 1 demolition derby................

  • che bisogno aveva coulthard di frenare all'uscita della curva? mettiti da una parte e fai passare, no? -.-

  • @cagliari79 coultard aveva rallentato appositamente.............
