Omron Home Blood Pressure Monitor with D-Ring Cuff

My readings are all over the place,

8am 142/93 pulse 74 - just out of bed

2pm 108/71 pulse 77 - 30 after lunch then10 mins relaxing music.

10pm 132/85 pulse 81 - just go home from work

All readings in the same day, avg'd over about a two weeks

so what do I take from these reading?

i have an omron monitor but eveytime i use it, it shows very low numbers. like 93 -98

is that normal? ex.) 93/54, 98/5-
