I do it this way too. I just dampen my wipes, and when I add new wipes to ones already in the case, I put the older ones on top and the newer ones on the bottom so everything remains fresh. It's funny because I used to be terrified of cloth wipes, even though I have been using cloth diapers forever. Now it's not a big deal : ]
15-20 will fit but a one day supply keeps them from getting musty smelling. You can also spray each wipe or the babies bottom if you prefer.

What do you prefer... What size wipes? (eg. 8inch square) Material? (flannel, 1ply or 2ply? etc). Thanks!

@jacqueline081 I like mine 8x10ish and I prefer flannel with terry cloth or double sided flannel. Alway 2 ply.
