As for the acting - Ian used his friends from the beginning and has stuck with them - it only started as a bit of fun and kind of escalated because you lot liked it so much! Keep your ears/eyes open though, there may be some more professional actors in CS3.....

Y'know it occurred to me earlier that there're several reasons for the Tempest in the beginning. 1) Dont't get jamm-er, it's a flashback to when the top wingy bit got shot off. 2) Heaven forbid, the Maelstrom got destroyed and there was enough insurance (ha!) to pay for a slightly-less-used Tempest. 3) Heaven forbid, some enterprising Caldari made a horribly OTT movie about them. 4) That's no mere Tempest boy... Can't wait to see how wrong I am. :D

World of Warcraft's greatist Mechinima "Tales of the Past" (by Martin Falch) started with no sound and only captions in a roughly 20 minute clip. It ended in "Tales of the past 3", a 2 hour movie with professional editing that brought tears to my eyes. I suspect nothing less with this story.

Haha, I think they failed with the cohesive story thing. This clip shows CS as a tempest, which (god rest it's capacitor) is dead. It was rammed literally up the arse of an Avatar. Although there is a shot near the end, of a Maelstrom. Me no like none-cohesion. :S Can't wait for CS3 though.

I have nothing against Clear Skies, infact, it should be made for REAL for the TV. You do a really good job. I was mearly commenting on the fact that CS2 killed the Tempest CS, yet you have footage of a Tempest, with Cpt. Rourke(?) aboard in said footage. :S PS, I really want to know if it's at all possible to get the Piano Clear Skies theme? Cheers. :)

@nishczyciel A fleet issue or tribal issue tempest has square failsails, the video shows a tempest with triangular failsails ergo it is a regular one. Ian Chisholm did state early on that Rourke is gonna lose the mael somehow. I can't wait to see how it panns out.
