I'd never noticed before, but what the f*ck is that bit at the start where Axl is sitting on his bad dropping pills? It means NOTHING! It has no relevance to the song whatsoever. It is either a stupid image ploy by their publicists/managers or it's some weird thing by the artists themselves...Absolutely ridiculous.
