I have not taken the asvab yet, but I want to get a head start on my physical training, I want to be prepared fully for this. What are some Workouts I can do to prepare Myself and push myself to my limits.
Do you have any tips for really tall, lean guys? I change altitudes with each push-up practically airborne qualified lol. I'm getting back in shape after a surgery and I lost everything, most I can do is about 30 but I need to do the pft asap.
Wow thanks for showing this video, I'm not sure if you made it but if you didn't send my thanks to the guy that did, this helped me pass my cadet pt standards.
when you do the APFT do you have to go all the way down? does your chest have to hit the ground? When you do situps do your fingers have to be interlaced behind your head? thank you.
Hey Battle . I have been in The Army almost 9 years and have never thought of using the closed hand push ups to increase my push ups . I tried it 4 times in a rowwith 2 minutes of rest and incresed mu push ups by 30 . I maxed it .
Thank you very much Sgt. Ken this will help me a great deal while exercising in preparation for joining the army in 6 months when I turn 18. I'm fairly certain I wasn't breathing in the correct fashion and order, I was also looking down not straight ahead
Hey, I just did my basic training during the summer and at the end of the course I got to the 50 push-up mark and my goal is to do about 80-90 and I am stuck around 65.. should I just do pushups more often in a day? I train everyother day at the gym, Any tips you can give?
Great work you have inspired me to work harder for my fitness goals 5 stars!.

You are by far the friendliest and approachable Terminator I've ever seen. Did Skynet send you back to destroy slovenliness?
