  • I have a hard time gaining weight, i was told that creatine is only useful when training strength, not on volume neither definition... is that true?

  • @echorz

Study shows creatine while inactive helps meantain mass, so this will eliminate the weight loss problems that hardgainers have with trying to keep gains.

Creatine raises DHT, great for strength and hardness, not for size. Debates if it's myth or fact say that the harder the muscle gains are the more permanent they are. In the end you will gain mass and strength quicker with creatine than without and you will hold onto it better.

  • thank you man, I got worried for a minute

  • I took creatine mono, great gains but made me piss like a mofo!, pissed like 5 times in each training sesson, finished my stack cycle and stopped.

  • @MrKon14 why are you doing a stack cycle? waste of time and potentially dangerous.

  • no

  • Peolel wouldnt get "confused" if they would Research BEFORE asking questions.

  • my mate took creatine and started shakin bad shiverin n made him all ill

  • what brand do u recomend

  • Thanks

  • @superjeff299

Ceatine is very much worth taking, ads real muscles, and has various potential health benefits. See other vids in the series on this YT page for more info, and or check out articles on the BrinkZone

  • @willbrink Creatine does NOT aid in repairing muscles. It's an energy provider short in simple. Basically gives you a better workout. Doesn't do anything in the reparing process. The increased water retention is due to poor biproducts in each product

  • @Issaquan5

You are incorrect in most of that, and water retention is not due to biproducts. See my other vid that covers supposed "bloat" and such. Good luck.

  • @Issaquan5 Haha I'm sorry for coming off as a jerk now having reread it. And I've also learned more since I posted that and am now better informed.

  • hey i have been looking at creatine and some say you should take 20 grams for someone who weighs about 155-160. The creatine i have has a 57g scoop. why is this? i have the six star nutrition creatine x3. Is this creatine good or bad?

  • @PaintPunk09 Woah woah you shouldn't take more than 10 grams a day max!

  • Hey, a little question, I'm like ¨Fat¨ lol ... Just a little bit, ok ok... I have teddies... anyway XD ... Should I take Creatine for begin to training ? I've never did training before. Should the creatine may help me ?

Thanks, and sorry for my bad English ^^
