  • Very eskrima-like of you

  • What kind of fighting style do the Green Berets use? Kali? Krav Maga? And are those soldiers with you Green Berets?

  • Thanks for the tips guys really good tips you guys should make a DVD

  • @adrianakanightmare You are welcome and we have made the DVDs. You can get Defensive Tactics Principle and Vol.2 Techniques and Vol.3 Edged Weapons is in production right now. Get them at opsgear.com

  • @operationsmedia Been watching you guys for lil over a year now, and I want to get into security work. Great principles for civilian, military and security applications. It's tough finding a partner locally that is into defense arts, to train with. I want to take the time to thank you for everything I've learned already. This combined with Krav Maga I believe is a great insurance policy! God bless and God speed to you and your family Tim and everyone at Ops Gear.

  • Have you thought of training Canadian Soldiers aswell.

  • @SupportOurTroopsCF Absolutely. You can call or email us for information! opsgear.com

  • On a serious note, these free tutorials are great! Keep it up guys!

  • Why does this have 2 dislikes? It literally teaches you to start and finish small medium size fights! It teaches you to kick butt!

  • What if he grabs you with his right hand?

  • good shit!

  • oh god i think i'm going to love this channel! so many things to learn.

  • At school, kids would gang up 5, 6, 8... on 1 to call me names and whenever I would run into just one of them and he didn't have his gang of boyfriends with him, he was so nice, he'd make me feel bad for wanting to beat him up. Seems like all jerks need a few of their boyfriends with them to act like a jerk and I've never seen the guy who gangs up on people to act like a jerk who can back it up 1 on 1. Thumbs up if you learned multiple attackers defense for the same reason.

  • @gymguy25 I learned it actually, not to defend myself, but to defend my younger brother. As he is usually harrassed by people, and the harrassers arent just one or two, but 4 or 5.

  • is this chuck Norris university?

  • What state are you guys in?

  • @LedZeppelin378 Utah

  • @operationsmedia oh cool what town

  • @deathfromabove978 We are in North Salt Lake. You can find more info at opsgear.com

  • @operationsmedia To the Balls!

  • Im a Canadian , any chance of being able to jump into some Civ courses ?

  • @420Leprikon Yes. There are some that are restricted to military and LE but we have a lot for civilians. Go to urbanwarfarecenter (dot) com and check them out! We'd love to have you.

  • @operationsmedia Thanks for the quick reply ! Im checking it out now and will no doubt be getting in contact with you shortly. Thanks again !

  • that was cool

  • I have commented on some of these videos with techniques that I really didn't like. This however was well put together and I really liked this one. Well done.

  • jager your a funny guy!

  • It would be unlikely for an attacker to grab your shirt, but, a good demonstration just the same.

  • Its too bad im all the way in cali or id go in for a class

  • come on man, dont tell me that one with the green t shirt is from the special forces :))

  • marty ready to attack lol

  • great move but what if they both come at the same time and can you make a vid for three or more that would be great

  • I like it, it is very similar to some Aikido techniques. Something I noticed though, is they both attacked with the arm on the opposite side, allowing you to do a simple arm bar. It's a solid technique, I have no problems with that. However, had either aggressor attacked with his inboard arm the armbar would not have worked with that technique. What would you suggest then?

  • @praharin GREAT point... it was not staged or rehearsed and Marty was most likely playing to the training :) As you know there are a few good options for an opposite grab which would require you to go to the inside of the attacker (my least fav move). One option is to double him over with groin strike and then push him shoulder first into the other guy.

  • Does anyone know if they trian regular civilians?

  • @prophet706 Yes, we do some training for civilians. We currently offer a defensive handgun and carbine course. Additionally, if you talk to Bravo we will occasionally set up special training. Contact him at 801-936-2322 or email us at uwc@opsgear.com

    Thanks
