good ol' billie davis! hell i had a huge crush on her when i was in my teens. i saw her sing 'i know something about love' on tv and i had the hots for her from then on. only trouble was that jet harris from 'the shadows' was twisting the night away with her! (naughty girl billie, you were only 17 or so and he was a married guy in his ....late 20's?). think i'm still jealous after all these years? yeah baby, i am! but bd was a sexy cool chick all them years ago. classy !

I love Billie Davis despite only seeing/hearing her one time a million years ago in this very movie (in the U.S. it was called "GoGo Mania"). Somehow the song and her performance stuck in my head for years!
