xInTruder7 hey man im feeling you right now i had the same problem i hated it cause no one had a solution, after looking for about 5hrs i found out how to fix it, hope same for u! on google seach: vcredist_x86 its should be the first site that comes up, it should be the microsoft site click on download and install it then try running dolphin again. hope this helps goodluck ;D

Slower than normally but really impressive. I'm trying to emulate melee soon too, but I don't think it will be easy to get as good result as seen in this vid.
