i don't want to convince anyone to my point of view, because i don't know what i see for real, those things really look like forests and lakes, but from a different point of view the "forest" also looks like rock formation created by a volcano activity, the "lake" also looks for me as a formation of very fine sand or dust. i can't be sure what those things are until very high quality pictures from a SHORT distance are done.

Further more, that not only looks like a log, but it looks like a log that has been chopped down, and possibly been carved on. Notice its rectangular appearance, but who knows. Maybe if trees did exist on Mars, they were square instead of round. At 1:03, you can tell that the log slid to where it is at by mudslide or other occurrence- look at the trail behind it. The rock/tree formations however, could be calcium and salt deposits much like what grows in caves.

The reasons the orbs are confined to the planet is a matter of negative and positive energy. Imagine the Earth as a positive magnet of karmic energy. Each of these orbs have a balance of both negative and positive. When the orb, or soul, has enough negative energy, it stays magnetized to the Earth. Further more, that not only looks like a log, but it looks like a log that has been chopped down, and possibly been carved on. Notice its rectangular appearance, but who knows. Maybe if trees did exist on Mars, they were square instead of round. At 1:03, you can tell that the log slid to where it is at by mudslide or other occurrence- look at the trail behind it. The rock/tree formations however, could be calcium and salt deposits much like what grows in caves.

Trees ON EARTH need carbon dioxide, water, a mix of minerals, and sunlight to survive. Trees elsewhere would need those same basic needs met, but could easily adapt to methane, argon, etc; even low amounts of water or even a liquid other than water; heck even a different source of energy. See; here on Earth, scientists think that everything that applies to life here, HAS TO apply everywhere. This is modern day sciences' single greatest short-coming; the ability to think outside the box.

According to current theory Mars was alive about 140 million years ago, when it was struck by an asteroid which is what is thought to have killed everything there. This asteroid ,mostly comprised of iron, slammed into mars ejecting a massive amount of iron particles into the air, which settled and rusted in a layer. This would account for the high amounts of Iron-oxide (rust) that covers the entire surface, which is also why it is red.

These forest may not even be currently living, they could also be petrified. Petrification is a similar process to Fossilization, where minerals are slowly replaced over time, in the right conditions, leaving a replica of rock. Entire forests have been found on Earth petrified from the time of the Dinosaurs. I wouldn't find it unlikely that even sophisticated life may have lived on Mars, at one time, as it does exist on Earth.

Maybe not cars and such stuff but intelligent, maybe even human like life did exist on Mars since ruins from old buildings similar to the Mayan buildings here on Earth were found. The Mars photos are very interesting. I've seen pictures of lines of carters that appear to have smoked, and the smoke fell very quickly, leaving a long black stain.

I dont know.... when you realy think about it, there realy isnt a reason for the governement or nasa to hide something like that, like a forest in mars.. why would they, its not a threat to us in anyway...
