If you're talking about the 1 ball at 2:13, Efren was spotting the ball he made in his pocket before the 1 ball shot because of the handicap. He just spotted the 1 instead of the stripe (all balls are of equal value so it didn't matter which was spotted.) Magdy put the stripe on his side at 2:38 so there was no problem.
