In my experience, this is exactly the case. The vast majority of Liberals let their emotions run their lives, and I've seen such people literally put themselves in danger to "prove" they were not "wrong". (Great position, that. Better dead than "wrong".) They are inveterate arguers...they will argue about the time of day...and yet they still claim that their positions are not set in stone, and that they could be convinced if only your argument had enough merit. (If you fall for that one...)
Liberals don't always "follow their heart" some of them do but this is the stupidest, most biased thing I ever seen. Involving religion in state is the stupidest fucking idea ever. Even so you think following "god" that is not proven in anyway whatsoever is better than standing up for the little guy. Hahaha your stupidity blows my mind
Conservatives have more wisdom than liberals. Social, interpersonal, and especially political, conservatives beat out liberals because wisdom is higher among us. Book knowledge is fine but in the end it doesn't get you as far as what you gain from experience--wisdom. By wisdom you learn about things concretely. The problem with liberals is their myriad of theories; they love theories. Knowledge alone doesn't give you judgment, discernment, consideration, and understanding--wisdom does.
Its funny how he touts religion but at the same time tells people to ignore their heart. Last time I checked, didn't Jesus say something about loving with all your heart.
I am SO glad that I was ALWAYS a Conservative, even though I graduated from college in 1970! I NEVER fell prey to ALL of the Liberal Brainwashing or compromised my Principles!
I am SOOOOOOOOOO glad that I was ALWAYS a Conservative, even though I graduated from college in 1970! I NEVER fell prey to ALL of the Liberal CRAP or compromised my Principles!
The liberal often grows up in an environment where privilege rules. So the basic projection of this individual will be that privilege rules everything and that personal effort and personal responsibility are not near so important.
The inherent failure in this line of thinking is that at some point in the development of said privilege, somebody in that family worked hard enough, thought well enough and sacrificed plenty. Don't expect reactionaries to ever understand it. Especially privileged.
What a total crock and fantasy. Please show some evidence. The fact is that during the past 30 years we have increasingly cut taxes, cut regulations, cut welfare, cut public education and cut unions. And, with the rise and spread of all those policies, social mobility has decreased while the income and wealth gaps have widened. It is the GOP and its Tea Party base who lead with emotion and mythology starting with the Bible and culminating with Birthers and all the Fox News lies and rants.
@WildBillforAmerica There is nothing contemporary for the existence of Jesus. Eyewitness accounts that you speak of aren't even credited or cited - they are the most unreliable and easily made up of evidences. Your definition of 'atheist' is flawed - it is 'one who lacks a belief in a god', I don't claim there are none. I don't need to be an astrophysicist and an evolutionary biologist to use logic. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and the burden of proof is on YOU.
@mrbigtex Are you kidding me? Belief is a judgement of character in America. It shouldn't be, but it definitely is. If you don't think so, try going around for a week telling people you are an atheist, and see how you fare.
My brain, with the knowledge I have gathered and the critical thinking that I have developed, will not allow me to honestly have faith. I will be an atheist for as long as I am sane, or until a god appears before me and proves that I'm not schizophrenic or hallucinating.
@eulogy1337...That's fine, but there is no burden of proof on anyone to prove anything to you. And don't think for moment that Christians aren't persecuted for their belief also. If faith used knowledge and critical thinking to understand, then it wouldn't be called faith.
@mrbigtex Sure, Christians are persecuted, in places like Iran, where they make up 2% of the population. I must've misunderstood, I thought we were talking about here in the US, where the vast majority of people(~80%), presidents(90-100%), senate members (~80%), and the house of representatives(~90%) are all of the Christian faith.
Separation of church and state, and promoted fairness of different religions and lack of, is NOT Christian persecution. Christian persecution in the US is a MYTH.
How many protests have you seen against saying Happy Hanukkah.. Kwanza, Ramadan, etc?
In 2009, the White house Removed the day of prayer (non-specific but tended to those of the Christian Philosophy) and in the Same year,-- celebrated Eid and Ramadan, with the POTUS in a single speach Mentioning Ramadan 27 times but managing to avoid the word Christmas for 2 consecutive years.
Having been a supporter & admirer of you & your opinions, it deeply saddens me that you should direct such low, uncivilised hate-filled Personal Abuse at me because of my atheism.
My comment was not hostile to you or your statements on this video merely a rational, factual extension
Your rude, ignorant bigoted remarks have demeaned & discredited you as a human being & a professed Christian.
It is sad that you should seem so wise in some areas yet prove so irrational, ignorant & stupid in others
@mrbigtex Very true. I believe in tolerance & agreement to differ. I Don't attack people who don't attack me: 'I respect your right to believe if you respect my right to disbelieve'. On that basis I get on OK with many Christians & other religious people - except Muslims who have no such respect
I have never attacked Bill for his Christian faith. His irrational tirade of insults & abuse against me personally when I mentioned I was atheist as well as politically conservative was well out of order
Bill, you nailed it. In addtion to emotins, liberalism is also based on secular humanism. Coveetness and the sin nature of man. It is also why actors & entertainsers excell at liberalsim.
Conservatives, as you pointed out, is based on logic and reason. Also, its principles can be found in the pages of Scripture. Conservatiesm can be traced to the Bible, liberalsim to the comminust manafesto. Read ECC 10;2
Is this satire? This isn't 'hilarious' unless he's an undercover liberal. It's logic that has led me to atheism - it is the only view that leaves me with no cognitive dissonance. Religion is what is irrational - it is morality based on bronze-age myths. Empathy is a survival trait passed down from those who cared about others enough to increase their chance of passing down that trait.
Being a liberal atheist is like being the only sober person in a car, but nobody will let you drive.
@eulogy1337 In order to hold your belief, you must completely disregard historical, literary, archaeological and eye witness evidence.......plus in order to be an atheist, you must have total and complete knowledge of everything in the universe....otherwise God might exist somewhere that you don't know about.......you are not as smart as you think.
@WildBillforAmerica >Implying that all atheists are gnostic atheists. Atheism isn't knowing that "God" doesn't exist, it's a lack of belief that He does. The only rational position to hold is that of the Agnostic atheist. Any other position is reliant upon either knowing for a fact that God either does or does not exist (which is not feasibly possible) or faith.
@WildBillforAmerica You are mistaken in your understanding of what an atheist is. If you ask an atheist, "does god exist?" you probably think the answer they'd give would be no. However, the vast majority actually give the answer "I don't know." "Isn't that agnosticism," you may ask? Yes, but agnosticism and atheism aren't mutually exclusive. Nearly all atheists are also agnostics.
And we think your evidence for god is hardly satisfactory.
@eulogy1337 religion is a primitive form of philosophy because the need for a philosopy is indispensable for man qua man. Religion provides the easy and quick answers to essentially metaphysical questions and satiates the epistemic hunger of a conceptual mind. Atheism is not a worldview. You need a secular worldview to compete with religion. Using evolutionary explanations doesn't get to the crux of the matter either
@xbertocoaylax Those so called "fairy tales" are fully supported by archaeological, historical, literary and eye witness evidence...........overwhelming evidence for those who are honest enough to hear it.......there is none so blind as he who will not see.......you are not as smart as you think.
@WildBillforAmerica No Archeology doesn't support any fictional god. It may support that the kingdoms of the bible, the battles, the historical people were real, but it ends there. All myths is intertwined with real history. That doesn't mean that fantasy wasn't added to it. In fact many historians believe that the Hebrews were never in Egypt and those stories were made up in the time of the babylon captivity. There is no overwhelming evidence for god.
@WildBillforAmerica WBA-please....let's see some of this evidence. I/we'd like to see it. Overwhelming? Really? Based upon what type of scientific (the only real way to find, test, weigh and express evidence)model? If this is opinion, using the arguments of those biased to one side-yours; then how can we take you seriously? If the evidence is from a neutral source thatwould be great. I/we would very much like you to post a video that displays all this evidence you speak of.
@WildBillforAmerica You are aware that not one author of the Bible was an eye witness, right? The gospels were written between 70 and 90 years AFTER the proposed death of Christ. There are no eye witness accounts of Jesus, only second hand stories.
As for history, the mention of legitimate historical events does not make a book true. There is a whole genre called historical fiction. If you want to make something believable, of course you are going to mention real historical events.
@xbertocoaylax both are wrong each in their own domain. emotions are not tools of cognition and religion attempts to fill the need for human beings to have some sort of guidance for their actions, albeit in an irrational way.
Often liberals appear in the Oppositional Defiant Sociopath form. That is why they steal from and make scapegoats of normal productive people. They are always in search of an argument for or an alibi for their aberrant behavior and ideas. After decades of these parasites moving freely about our society our national conscience has been tainted with half-truths and omitted facts...We have literally un-educated ourselves!
Yes, you're right-this video is hilarious. Hilarious because not one iota of it is true. "My studies"?! That's actually an oxymoron, isn't it? Everything you mention as being "liberal" is the far right's idea/fantasy of liberalism. Liberals "...think with their emotions"?! Like people trying to help the middle class, working class receive the benefits, pay and safe working conditions they should? Fact:The middle/working class is the heart and soul of America buddy not your Koch-like drones.
@soco13466 Wow-see, here is one of those brain-using, rational, intelligent, Judeo-Christian-based Conservative replies, like ole "Wild Bill" mentions in this video. Yes, your comment is about the extent of "conservative thought."
@icitnow I'm just testing the typical "liberal" responses, by name calling. You have absolutely no idea of what I think. You know nothing about me. I'll bet you voted for Obama. That tells me just how "smart" and "educated" you are. You're the same sort who voted hitler into office. All emotion, no common sense.
@soco13466 Right....uh huh..."just testing the liberal responses by name calling" lol. And your girlfriend is Morgan Fairchild....yeah...that's right....You don't know me either. Sure I voted for him; I am disappointed. He is a moderate Dem at best. Just Wild Bill Drones think Obama is a socialist, fascist, Hitlerian, Maxist, Muslim. (most of these terms are incongruous anyway) You and others attack and curse responders and then claim liberals are the emotional ones?! Funny.
This is the best speech so far!!!I am a fan of every video you put out Wild Bill, but today, when I whatced and listened to this one, with my daughter....It stood out Almost liberating if you dont mind me saying, hehehehe!!!(And i'm Scandinavian, so dont mind my mis-spellings!!!!)
Love this statement!!!!Love and hugs from a Scandinavian Conservative woman!
@SUCKMEISTER005 How can a person do that? If a person doesn't believe in God, where does their moral compass get it's calibration from? If a person doesn't believe in God, they are then governed only by external forces, i.e. man's laws and his system of penalties. A person who is not governed by God from within themselves has no power of their own by which to resist the seduction of evil.
Tune in, Turn On, Drop Out. The motto of the 1960s. And now we see the result. Bill poits the point right where it belongs, Conservitives Think, Liberals Feel
@BillWa Yes, but isn't it amazing that SOME of those kind of folks get to hide their past habit of tuning in, turning on and dropping out! Look, some even get to be president!
On the lighter side: Speaking of land of fantacy(Hollywood), the other night the wife and I was watching an old Horror Classic on t.v. "The Blob" with Steve McQueen. The end of the movie was when they took the blob to the Anartic to keep it frozen. I told the wife, " It's a good thing Al Gore hasn't seen this, he'd dump the Polar bears and tell people Global warming will release " The Blob ". Stupid, I know, just like Al Gore.
Christianity likewise is all about heartfelt emotional 'faith' rather than Rational thought & understanding based on hard, factual, Scientifically valid evidence.
That is why the best atheists are conservatives & the best conservatives are atheist.
@mlwise24 I do mind actually: not because I couldn't (myself at the top of the list) but because: 1. It's not necessary to the point I have made; 2. I can't be bothered just to please you - although it need not be a long list.
If truly interested you might do some research yourself.
Sadly there are many conservatives in public life who feel it necessary to hide or be evasive about their atheism but some have dropped various hints - including some US Presidents & British Premiers
@mlwise24 You don't understand: I don't need 'back-up'. What my comment says is in relation to Bill's statements on this video (which I don't disagree): it's not a 'theory' & requires no 'facts' either way - only the ability to reason.
Listen to what my respected friend Wild Bill says on this video, then read my comment.
The concept of a conservative atheist or vice versa may seem startling to some of you contemporary Americans but it was not to your forefathers, neither is it to we Europeans.
@freeman8128 Atheists are the biggest fools of all because they cannot be atheist unless they possess total knowledge of the universe. That arrogance causes them to ignore overwhelming evidence that fully supports the Christian faith.............you are not intelligent, just blind.
@WildBillforAmerica Atheists don't need total knowledge of th universe, just the intelligence to know what 'proof' means & ask for it.
Have theists total knowledge of the universe? - they seem to think so: that they have personal acquaintance with its creator who takes a special individual interest in themselves. That is the greatest arrogance of all: it is truly COSMIC.
@WildBillforAmerica The onus of PROOF is on the person who makes the claim (theism) not on the one who questions it & asks for proof (atheist).
"Overwhelming evidence"? - please tell. It is the inability of Christians to provide such evidence in 2000 years that is the reason why Christians are as hostile & abusive as you are to anyone who questions their dogmas; why other religions still exist, & why atheism continues to supplant religion among those who dare to ask questions & THINK.
@WildBillforAmerica Atheism means to not have a god. It does not mean to bet sure god doesn't exist. Go look up the Greek roots of the worth "Atheist" and see for yourself who the fool here is. Try to educate yourself a bit before saying stupid things. And I don't mean by watching Fox. By the way Ayn Rand was an Atheist. Was she a fool? What about Carl Sagan or Stephen Hawking Or Leonardo Davinci? Are you smarter than those people?
@WildBillforAmerica "...they cannot be atheist unless they possess total knowledge of the universe."? Huh?! I have never heard that claim from one single atheist. Not one. Even if you were being facetious, that statement is (you'd probably admit privately but of course not here) ridiculous. I don't want to ignore neutral, scientifically-based evidence that supports a belief in God, but to this date, I have not seen any credible, unbiased scientists support the theory.
"factual evidence"? yeah fucking right bill.... lets hear about all of your factual evidence for your magical sky daddy... lets see all the factual evidence against global warming.... cant do it??? i didnt fucking think so bill... keep strawmanning... we will call you out every time...
I'm still waiting for the proof that it exist. Al Gore is now being sued by no less than 50 scientist that no longer support his claims. NOAA has been shown to doctor results so they can't be trusted either. I'll stick with my sky daddy because if I am right and you are wrong, global warming will be the least of your worries. If you are right and I am wrong nothing happens except I die. BTW do you kiss your mother with that mouth?
@crankycactus You picked up that cheapo/BS expression from your "fearful leader". 'Call him out"? Really, who in HELL do you think you are? Try to keep your arrogance down to a minimum, PAL, lest you come to the same walk of shame that your empty-shirt master is about to face 'real soon'.
@crankycactus Ah, the liberal temper tantrum of the liberal.....complete with filthy language that reveals the true state of the heart......keep proving me right.
@WildBillforAmerica yes... the old, "you used a cuss word and nullified your statement"... get out of here bill... it doesnt matter if i cuss of not...you will always avoid being accountable for things you say and believe...its also rediculous that you think my filthy language automatically proves you right... actually it only proves that you have a convoluted thought process that aids in your obfuscated reality...
@crankycactus Try the fact that for as long as we have kept records, Mars' polar caps have Mirrored ours for thaw and freeze. Maybe Martians shouldn't be driving SUVs?
Or the fact that we are currently around 380ppm atmospheric CO2, and being warned of imbending disaster, but in the 1100s the atmospheric CO2 was around 1200ppm and rather than a cataclism gave us the greatest agricultural boom in human history.
@eslake as if any of that changes the fact that the ice caps are indeed melting... or the fact that co2, methane, and nitrogen emissions, aer all causing a green house affect as well as destroying ecosystems... nit pick as you will... it is to your own disadvantage...
@crankycactus No none of it changes that CO2 is a greenhouse gas, but if you bothered to open a few science textbooks instead of listening to Politicians spewing pseudoscience for financial gain.. you would also know that CO2 has a NEGATIVE thermal value.
Yes it traps heat (greenhouse effect) but it also feeds the mechanism (trees) producing O3 (Ozone) which prevents that heat ever reaching us in the first place.
@eslake dude... i just got done with biology... you wont get over on me by fact mining... its especially funny to me how you brought up pseudo science when that is exactly what you are guilty of... all of your arguments can be found outlined by the anti-globalwarming campaigns funded by who???? the oil companies of coarse... you can trace almost all climate denial money straight back to the koch brothers and other contemptable corporate vultures...and you buy it all!!!
@crankycactus It's not fact mining, it's simply Facts.
Explain to me how the agricultural expansion of the early 1100s corresponds to ice cores showing an avg atmospheric CO2 over 1200ppm wasn't catastrophic if the current 380-390ppm is.
There's no "mining" in using simple logic. If 1200ppm didn't cause a global catastrophe, expecting one from 1/4 that is just ridiculous.
@eslake you know for a fact,or maybe you dont, that chart spikes have never happened as dramatically as of recent. in co2 ppm as well as core and atmospheric temperatures. when you do look back, you will also notice that the nitrogen and methane emissions wouldnt even register on our scales today. dont try and act like co2 is the only issue. you are intentionally ignoring other weighing factors. the first qualifier for a conspiracy theory is that it is contrary to the best available science..
Ever notice that all liberals want to do is "play" .. act, draw, music, etc. while conservatives actually do the work? Police, fire, doctors, construction etc. I especially love how the "actors" who play the tough jobs know what it is like to do the really tough jobs than decide what is best for all of us who are in the trenches ...
The news just reported that our country USA has kicked out one of those venezuela whores who get on her knees for some Iranian toothbrushing. LOL Americans laugh at you little people of vein-e-zwuala.You chicken grease slime better hope that Americans do not choose to burn your mud huts down.
The one thing I have noticed about the difference between liberals and conservatives are their core values. Conservatives for the most part believe in small govt, limited spending, and moral values. Liberals on the other hand have NO core beliefs. If you look at the democrat party as a whole it is nothing but a cluster of BAD liberal ideas. NAACP, Environmentalist, GBLA, ELF, PETA, CAIR, NOW and so on. Conservatives make their opinions based on facts, liberals are done with emotions.
Read the Manual? And ur rational, not emotional. lol
About emotion... The Manual says "Fear not" many times. And on Jesus' list of bad people the fearful lead the pack. Wild Bill would have us give up our God-given liberties for kick ass security services.
I don't think even Wild Bill himself is worth that....
It's to risky to think "This time Socialism (mite) will work", I wonder who these peace loving, Ecosystem Worshiping, mass murdering (history) liberals will pick to scape goat this time. Maybe the Christians, yeah they teach us to say "NO" to our selves. They say(Progressives), "I want my addictions satisfied", "I want my will imposed on people I don't even know about, on subjected I hear one side about".
Even more interesting is his "follow your heart" criticism since that thinking and "do what God says" isn't much different. The universe has constants and consequences. God and emotion are pretty much the polar opposite to that which is by definition, "objective".
"Think with their brains because that's how God created us" <-- Faulty since there's no proof of "God" so he lost me after about 10 seconds. I could have sworn that the last time I listened to him, I agreed and since I'm tend to fall in the Liberalist form in general, that's pretty interesting.
@rainabba Yet your views keep Failing, how many millions will die this time for the sake of fictional science? How many Progressives will infiltrate "The Word" and abuse it, for control over people? If your going to use the tired out "religion is the cause of most war's", your belief system is over 200 million killed that we know of.
There is also no proof against God existence, making "IT" the perfect scientific Theory.
@DarkMonkArt How many holes can I poke in that comment? :) 1) You're trying to imply that THE alternative to religion is "fictional science". I'd say that's a poor one, but I'd choose factual science personally. 2) To abuse "THE Word", it first must "BE" the word, not just "Claimed" as such. I'll respect your believe it is and live by that, but NOT to involve it in politics that affect me. 3) "tired out"? FACT: More deaths have been caused by religion than all other causes combined. cont...
@DarkMonkArt I should say, by various forms of Cristianity, Judaism, Islam, etc.. most other religions are 100% anti-violence. Only a minority of modern Christians are NOT violent as a whole. 4) The unicorn argument is by definition, faulty. Because you can't prove non-existence, does not prove existence. Believing God exists because I can't prove otherwise, only proves that you're foolish enough to fall for the control trap smarter people than you set centuries ago :)
@DarkMonkArt I'm sorry, I didn't realize that you even knew my "belief system", let alone that "live and let live" was destructive. I have a quote for you, "I refuse to engage in a battle of the wits with an unarmed man." ;)
@rainabba Okay last word, perspective is everything. Don't claim knowledge of scientific Proof, if you only working off personal opinion, backed by popular peer groups.
@rainabba "Live and let Live", as long as it's by your Socialist Rules. Enjoy your addictive life, and imposing it on people you never met and history you will never study.
@DarkMonkArt "There is no Scientific Proof that God Doesn't exist." No it just proves on countless occasion that either God is a liar or the bible isn't actually "the word of god" as it gets proven untrue by science repeatedly.
@chislord oh wow man that is deep. "What does God need with a starship?" Captain Kirk, his quote is just as meaningful to me as the one you provided. Bible quotes to someone who doesn't find any validity in a bible is like quoting Star Trek as if it carries any kind of weight.
@chislord a fool hath said that even though its invisible and nonresponsive, it loves me ad i have a personal relationship with it...get out of here with your garbage superstition..
@DarkMonkArt I can do this all day if I want, because I'm operating on logic and facts, not stories (that have been translated and thus lost meaning, changed by various kings/leaders as they saw fit, etc..), or "Faith" again, by definition a thing which has no substance. If you're going to live in a glass bubble so easily broken by those with a mind of their own and some basic logic, you shouldn't draw attention :) BTW, I believe in "a GOD" because there's no better explanation :)
@rainabba No you are Not you are a Religious Freak. Your Belief system is a denial of substance and a destructive killing force on this earth. Activism is the Great anti- Science on this earth. Who are they going to pay next to fix the scientific figures to get the warped results you need.
@DarkMonkArt You're proving my point absolutely. I speak against religion in general, then you personally attack me as if you knew anything about me. Here's some facts to help you see the irony in your foolishness. After this you can have the last word since I value my time more. 1) I'm anti-vaxine 2) I delievered by son at home (assisted by a midwife of course) to keep my wife and he out of disease-infested hospitals full of "doctors" who push unneeded procedures.
@DarkMonkArt 3) I've read both the NIV, and King James completely and doing so combined with lots of research on Judaism, Catholocism (I was baptized as a baby and have lots of Catholic family), and Islam, then the reign of a few English monarchs led me to my current beliefs. :) Go go pray that you'll gain some perspective and wisdom already. You're wasting your time with your ill-logic.
@rainabba "I believe in "a GOD" because there's no better explanation :)" Wait, so you admit that instead of actually thinking about something and trying to find a logical explaination you would rather say "invisible man did it"???? Do you really think that is how decisions should be made? Instead of just being too scared or too lazy to actually find shit out you stop putting the unexplained on the invisible man in the sky and read a book or watch a progam that will teach you something
@djb12030 1) "no better explanation" doesn't mean I didn't think about it. 2) I said nothing about a man (invisible or not). Read my other posts and you'll see that I've educated myself extensively and my conclusion is that the label is just that. We exist. We don't know why. There's a reason. That reason I call GOD. It has nothing to do with eating meat, virgin births, abstaining from work on a day of the week, or any other man-made idea. Another perfect example of a religious zealot reaching.
@rainabba "There's a reason. That reason I call GOD." How did you come to a conclusion that we are here for a reason? Are dogs here for a reason? Are plants here for a reason? I am not sure if you notice it or not, but when you say we are here for a reason you imply that there is a reason behind humans being on earth. There is no proof we are here for a reason, however we are here because of a cause of something else.
@mary13531 Thanks for giving us a PERFECT example of why your thinking is at best, as flawed as that which you claim the liberals is. The book of Matthew is just another gospel, written by a person, rewritten by people, selected by people, then treated as if it was something factual and objective when at best, it's a story that has SOME basis in reality and was intended (as are stories) to be interpreted, not taken literally. You religious folks scare me.
@rainabba Hah! I'm not religious. I'm a Christian who believes the Bible is the unerrant word of Almighty God. At least I wasn't preaching like your kind does.
@ThisWorldIsNotMyHome You are absolutely right..Around 1975 at San Diego airport (just after Vietnam) one of those flower children SPIT on me as I ran to catch my flight after graduating from my "A" School (comm). I hit him as hard as I could and took off.. These jerks have grown up into adult MORONS.
"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?." Jer 17:9
"And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for THE IMAGINATION OF MAN'S HEART IS EVIL FROM HIS YOUTH; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done." Gen 8:21, my emphasis
That's why "ye must be born again" (John 3:3, 7) through FAITH IN CHRIST.
Bill, as long as you continue to pit dems against repubs you're showing what a non thinker you are. If you'd done any research at all you'd see they both have the same agenda to screw the people. There are other options once you wake up
@Hardnox1911 The arguments put forth still make no sense. Claiming that ALL democrats are emotional zombies and ALL conservatives are free-thinkers is simply false.
@7682David Hey dude.. WAKE UP .. Wild Bill is NOT talking about "Republicans".. you are NOT listening.. or havent taken the TIME to watch his videos.. he is a CONSERVATIVE.. there IS a difference. Conservatism trumps republican or democrat EVERY TIME.
@TheSwabbie You dope, Bill claims to be a T party guy which is just another wing of the Republican party. Every video that Bill talks politics on he's doing the bidding for the Republican party. You wake up
Generalizations are fun!

Hey Bill. Where is your "overwhelming evidence that fully supports the Christian Faith"?
Why don't you make a video about it: I will enjoy seeing you make a fool of yourself & I'm sure it it will give many people a good laugh.
You claim to be an ex Law Officer yet don't understand what is EVIDENCE & what is not - amazing!
freeman8128 1 month ago
@WildBillforAmerica There is nothing contemporary for the existence of Jesus. Eyewitness accounts that you speak of aren't even credited or cited - they are the most unreliable and easily made up of evidences. Your definition of 'atheist' is flawed - it is 'one who lacks a belief in a god', I don't claim there are none. I don't need to be an astrophysicist and an evolutionary biologist to use logic. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and the burden of proof is on YOU.

@eulogy1337...There is no burden of proof on anyone. The burden of faith is upon you eulogy1337. Believe or not believe, the choice is yours to make.
mrbigtex 1 month ago
@mrbigtex Are you kidding me? Belief is a judgement of character in America. It shouldn't be, but it definitely is. If you don't think so, try going around for a week telling people you are an atheist, and see how you fare.
My brain, with the knowledge I have gathered and the critical thinking that I have developed, will not allow me to honestly have faith. I will be an atheist for as long as I am sane, or until a god appears before me and proves that I'm not schizophrenic or hallucinating.
eulogy1337 1 month ago
@eulogy1337...That's fine, but there is no burden of proof on anyone to prove anything to you. And don't think for moment that Christians aren't persecuted for their belief also. If faith used knowledge and critical thinking to understand, then it wouldn't be called faith.
mrbigtex 1 month ago
@mrbigtex Sure, Christians are persecuted, in places like Iran, where they make up 2% of the population. I must've misunderstood, I thought we were talking about here in the US, where the vast majority of people(~80%), presidents(90-100%), senate members (~80%), and the house of representatives(~90%) are all of the Christian faith.
Separation of church and state, and promoted fairness of different religions and lack of, is NOT Christian persecution. Christian persecution in the US is a MYTH.

His irrational tirade of insults & abuse against me personally when I mentioned I was atheist as well as politically conservative was well out of order
freeman8128 1 month ago
Bill, you nailed it. In addtion to emotins, liberalism is also based on secular humanism. Coveetness and the sin nature of man. It is also why actors & entertainsers excell at liberalsim.
Conservatives, as you pointed out, is based on logic and reason. Also, its principles can be found in the pages of Scripture. Conservatiesm can be traced to the Bible, liberalsim to the comminust manafesto. Read ECC 10;2
Hughganaught 1 month ago

The1deemann 1 month ago

Often liberals appear in the Oppositional Defiant Sociopath form. That is why they steal from and make scapegoats of normal productive people. If a person doesn't believe in God, they are then governed only by external forces, i.e. man's laws and his system of penalties. A person who is not governed by God from within themselves has no power of their own by which to resist the seduction of evil.

If truly interested you might do some research yourself.
Sadly there are many conservatives in public life who feel it necessary to hide or be evasive about their atheism but some have dropped various hints - including some US Presidents & British Premiers
Good luck 2U :)

WildBillforAmerica 1 month ago 3
@WildBillforAmerica Atheists don't need total knowledge of th universe, just the intelligence to know what 'proof' means & ask for it.
Have theists total knowledge of the universe? - they seem to think so: that they have personal acquaintance with its creator who takes a special individual interest in themselves. That is the greatest arrogance of all: it is truly COSMIC.
(continued in part 2.)
freeman8128 1 month ago
@WildBillforAmerica The onus of PROOF is on the person who makes the claim (theism) not on the one who questions it & asks for proof (atheist).
"Overwhelming evidence"? - please tell. It is the inability of Christians to provide such evidence in 2000 years that is the reason why Christians are as hostile & abusive as you are to anyone who questions their dogmas; why other religions still exist, & why atheism continues to supplant religion among those who dare to ask questions & THINK.
freeman8128 1 month ago
@WildBillforAmerica Atheism means to not have a god. It does not mean to bet sure god doesn't exist. Go look up the Greek roots of the worth "Atheist" and see for yourself who the fool here is. Or the fact that we are currently around 380ppm atmospheric CO2, and being warned of imbending disaster, but in the 1100s the atmospheric CO2 was around 1200ppm and rather than a cataclism gave us the greatest agricultural boom in human history.

crankycactus 1 month ago
@crankycactus No none of it changes that CO2 is a greenhouse gas, but if you bothered to open a few science textbooks instead of listening to Politicians spewing pseudoscience for financial gain.. you would also know that CO2 has a NEGATIVE thermal value.
Yes it traps heat (greenhouse effect) but it also feeds the mechanism (trees) producing O3 (Ozone) which prevents that heat ever reaching us in the first place.

If you're going to live in a glass bubble so easily broken by those with a mind of their own and some basic logic, you shouldn't draw attention :) BTW, I believe in "a GOD" because there's no better explanation :)
rainabba 2 months ago
@rainabba No you are Not you are a Religious Freak. Your Belief system is a denial of substance and a destructive killing force on this earth. Activism is the Great anti- Science on this earth. Who are they going to pay next to fix the scientific figures to get the warped results you need.
DarkMonkArt 2 months ago
@DarkMonkArt You're proving my point absolutely. I speak against religion in general, then you personally attack me as if you knew anything about me. Here's some facts to help you see the irony in your foolishness. After this you can have the last word since I value my time more. 1) I'm anti-vaxine 2) I delievered by son at home (assisted by a midwife of course) to keep my wife and he out of disease-infested hospitals full of "doctors" who push unneeded procedures.

@rainabba Hey like me and my life style
DarkMonkArt 2 months ago
@DarkMonkArt 3) I've read both the NIV, and King James completely and doing so combined with lots of research on Judaism, Catholocism (I was baptized as a baby and have lots of Catholic family), and Islam, then the reign of a few English monarchs led me to my current beliefs. :) Go go pray that you'll gain some perspective and wisdom already. You're wasting your time with your ill-logic.
rainabba 2 months ago
@rainabba "I believe in "a GOD" because there's no better explanation :)" Wait, so you admit that instead of actually thinking about something and trying to find a logical explaination you would rather say "invisible man did it"???? Do you really think that is how decisions should be made? Instead of just being too scared or too lazy to actually find shit out you stop putting the unexplained on the invisible man in the sky and read a book or watch a progam that will teach you something
djb12030 2 months ago
@djb12030 1) "no better explanation" doesn't mean I didn't think about it. 2) I said nothing about a man (invisible or not). Read my other posts and you'll see that I've educated myself extensively and my conclusion is that the label is just that. We exist. We don't know why. There's a reason. That reason I call GOD. It has nothing to do with eating meat, virgin births, abstaining from work on a day of the week, or any other man-made idea. Another perfect example of a religious zealot reaching.
rainabba 2 months ago
@rainabba "There's a reason. That reason I call GOD." How did you come to a conclusion that we are here for a reason? Are dogs here for a reason? Are plants here for a reason? I am not sure if you notice it or not, but when you say we are here for a reason you imply that there is a reason behind humans being on earth. There is no proof we are here for a reason, however we are here because of a cause of something else.

After all of Bill's teaching and explanations, the Morons still don't understand. They keep trying to argue points they thought they heard.

Bill, the Manual isn't very long and hard to understand. I wish liberals would read the book of Matthew chapters 5 thru 7.

You religious folks scare me.
rainabba 2 months ago

There are other options once you wake up
7682David 2 months ago
@7682David Listen to the video again. Wild Bill never pitted Republicans against Democrats, he said "Conservatives vs Liberals".
Hardnox1911 2 months ago 2
@Hardnox1911 The arguments put forth still make no sense. Claiming that ALL democrats are emotional zombies and ALL conservatives are free-thinkers is simply false.
HolySausage 2 months ago
@HolySausage Bill never said what you stated. He said that Conservatives "think" whereas Liberals "feel". Big difference.

TheSwabbie 2 months ago
@TheSwabbie You dope, Bill claims to be a T party guy which is just another wing of the Republican party. Every video that Bill talks politics on he's doing the bidding for the Republican party. You wake up
