This is the best taught real estate math that I have come across. Thank you so much. You make it seem so easy, especially the Net part. I have been struggling with why I change my 7% to 93%. I feel much better now. I will let you know how it works and please keep showing more tutorials.
Problems fast. This is much better as it's slower n covers basically all the math in the real estate class.
