One important thing you may want to add: When the Radio Beacon is selected as a spawn point in an open area you will parachute in, leaving yourself exposed. Always place Radio Beacons inside of a building or underneath something if you can, that way you spawn directly instead of sailing down.

It would be nice if people used the SOFLAM as well when they're a sniper on maps that have vehicles because I often like to use the Javelin to take out tanks and possibly helicopters if they are locked on. With lock-on from a SOFLAM, it takes 1-2 shots from the Javelin to take out a tank, whereas without lock-on from a SOFLAM would take 2-3 shots.

Also in Standard matches, the more powerful have considerably less bullet drop at 200+ meter ranges. This may not be a bit deal for some, but for us die-hard recon classers (who know what the BACK/SELECT button and teamspeak are for), moving from target to target with a smaller compensation for each shot equals a lot more dead guys.

i'd change the M40A5 for the L96, but agian, depends on waht you are doing, if you are combat sniping, like, Metro, Grand Bazar and so on, i'd go with teh L96, if you wanna lay back on tha map, sniping from distance, i would go with the M98B, drop is less on M98B :) but this is how i play, guess that in the end of the day its what you like the most :)

I actually use the same class in a certain way. Though I equip a Supressed M1911 instead of the G18. I prefer the .45 ACP any day over a full auto 9mm. Lately I've been using the M98B and I noticed it has much less bullet drop at range than the M40A5. I'll start using that one instead.

@WretchedMaxx being a sniper is not about capturing a flag. Recon stands for recognise you are supposed to spot enemy's for you're team. But if you would do as you say you would, i would get the 870mcs and train it until you get a rifle scope on it, it has a amazing distance on it when you do that.

The M98B is the best sniper rifle to me personally because it has the lowest bullet drop therefore it is easier to get long range kills. My record with it is a 962 M headshot.

i use almost the same loadout except I use the Suppression-perk, cause when I don't hit the enemy, he is stunned and this gives me time to finish him. But I'd recommend you to remove the laser cause when you aim for the head the enemy is alerted. I leave the slot empty. Just a tip.

I use the Bare-Bones SKS with a suppressed M1911. The SKS is like an assault rifle basically. I don't know why but I've had people complain about it. not that i care but seriously, its basically like using the AK-74M on semi-auto if you ask me.
