Maybe president Bush was one of those "I prayed asking Jesus into my heart that one time" type of Christian. I believe that the idea that all you must do is ask Jesus into your heart once and you are saved right then because some evangelist said so is what is ruining Christianity. On the whole abortion issue, one thing I've noticed, it's interesting that so many of the anti-abortion nuts out there are all men. Until a man can get pregnant, then he should have no say in the matter. He has no idea what it's like having to make that decision, especially if it's a case of rape or incest. If I was raped - I would kill myself before I ever gave birth to that sob's baby. The rape is trauma enough. Having to carry that thing, a constant reminder of him inside me, is even worse.
