Actually, the only reason I've done as much as I have is because I play far too much, but I am better at strategy formulation than execution. All the strategies I use are ones that I come up with myself (although I have borrowed elements from others such as using certain chars' forward smashes as finishers instead of the bat), but, to even record something remotely post-worthy, I have to go through literally hundreds and hundreds of attempts.
Not sure that that kind of thing is my kind of thing anymore, haven't been that involved in smash since CALFoolio (dunno if anyone'll even recognize that name anymore) had his site up years ago... but if you do see me around there, it'll be for the custom stages, for sure.
Dunno if I'd call it creative, ha ha. I try stuff no one else bothers with (snake's grenade, woot), but most of the stuff that actually turns out useful is either accidental or inspired by something else. (eg Zelda's BD down smash came from an old SSBM NBD Luigi strategy.) In fact, I think the only thing I ever intentionally developed was Mewtwo's JJC BD in SSBM (resulting in a spike his his WR when I posted my findings, ha ha)...
... but I guess it can't hurt to go lurk a bit anyway, though.

Some good ideas happen there, and you are really creative, so you could probably do more outrageous things that actually work well.
