  • "I'm not sure. You apparently know it [the 4th Amendment] better than I do." That says it all. Nazi scum.

  • Who shall guard us from the guards themselves? Thanks for doing this important work. My 9th Amendment right to travel was defended by your actions in September 2010, and I thank you.

  • hey slim, i guess you wouldn't know that blocking a citizens path on the road and asking them for their papers violates their right to be safe and secure in their effects... 4th amendment...

    A vehicle IS an "effect"

  • @rlslim494 But they are conducting a search of your vehicle and person in these checkpoints without any warrant being signed by a judge. Do you agree or disagree that this is in direct violation with the 4th amendment? It doesn't matter if you like the action or not - the Constitution was made to be obeyed even if you disagree with it.

  • @rlslim494 They don't have to remove the occupants, nor do they have to enter or search the glove box. Again, read my first comment. Now read what you wrote in response. Now read the 4th Amendment. Seriously, read it. Now, could you please explain to me how this is not in direct violation of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution which IS the highest law of the land?

  • @rlslim494 Again, that is irrelevant. Read the 4th Amendment.

  • @rlslim494 Dude! It isn't Greek!

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Where's the probable cause, where's the oath and warrant, where's the specific place, person, and thing?

  • odlins fat lil brother, i can see their both fat asses, and stupid. wait to go mpd. fuck u guys

  • America, Phuck yeah!

  • Excellent work! I thought it was odd that a checkpoint to combat drunk driving would be set up in the middle of a bright sunny day......

I found it appalling that someone who took the oath to defend and protect the Constitution didn't even know what the 4th Amendment was. How can you defend something you are so blatantly ignorant of??

  • Nice video my brother. Keep up the good work.

  • Unfortunately, in a few cases our scam supreme court has ruled these constitutional. Where they truly become illegal is when they use dogs. The police will claim this checkpoint is not "unreasonable" per the 4th amendment but I disagree with that... I think it is unreasonable to stop everyone just looking for phantoms.

They STILL have to get a warrant signed by a judge under oath to search it.

  • @RP4409, I'd say the state supreme court can decide for itself but it is a crock that the supreme court in DC ruled for checkpoints. they obviously impede our right to travel freely
