  • Oh, I especially liked your left handed part. I write with both hands (I'm better doing artsy things with my left hand.. my write hand writes like an 8 year old boy), but I was looking forward to know how to do this with my left hand. BUT it looks like I'll have to do more research for that. ;)

  • Nice, very helpful and simple. Easy to follow. I saw in the thread someone didn't like the cuts, I thought it made the video more interesting. Especially since calligraphy is a delicate art and you made it not so formal by throwing and dropping things (I thought it was funny). Good vid.

  • I'm left handed so i guess i can't write calligraphy. I don't know.

  • Write this in chinese calligraphy: poopsex poopsex poopsex poopsex poopsex

  • I threw everything against the wall. :/

  • Its a good video, but for the future, don't make so many cuts.

  • This is really hard to watch.

  • Great video tutorial! I need check more that my pen is at the right angle each time because I've done pages of o's and a's and p's etc and I get a good one then the next half of the line is totally different than the beginning and just random (ha). Maybe that is what is happening with mine anyway. TY :)

  • You don't want to clean your nib with paper towel because the paper shreds will clog the nib. What about the resevoir? It's the part that you put on the back of the nib, and I'm looking for information on what it's for. Being a beginner calligraphy artist myself, I'm looking for important information like that.

  • @TheNarniaFreak good point about clogging the nib. I just lightly dab it though. I'm not sure what you want to know about the reservoir. You probably know just as much as I do.

  • @Eyeballplant I use a rag or an old towel to wipe it...I figuered out what the resevoir is though. It's the part of the nib that just fits behind it...the part that you can take off.

  • wow your video was actually very helpful, thanks! Does the ink just not flow right if you do it faster? I don't know if I'd have the patience to do everything.

I liked the end, it's pretty obvious the instruction part is over so no one is forced to watch it.

  • Very, very, helpful! A little dark in the beginning, but it was really helpful watching you go through the steps and writing your O. I enjoyed the music, too! :-)

  • hey check out Theosone's channel awsome calligraphy

  • that was a good but u dont have u music at the end because it is shit (sorry) and went u have the pen how do u get it so fin and the it gose so thick ????

oooh and i need more light btw

  • @TheVarazz the music is just a hobby, so i understand if you don't think its good. The angle of the pen affects the width of the line. if I'm moving it at a 45 degree angle to the left it will be thin. If I move it at a 45 degree angle down to the right it will be thick.

I'll try to use more light in the future. thanks for the comment.

  • @Eyeballplant that is ok mate
