@GamingXpaul2K10 This rifle has the same power in the U.K. A gun dealer told me that due to the multi shot self loading nature, it is classed the same as a co2 pistol and limited to no more than 6 foot pounds at the muzzle. I have no official proof of this, only what he told me....but I will say that another airgun dealer i know said that he had to give refunds on every one he sold because of poor reliability....again only his word on this....
Very nice, great video Mike! Is there a lighter grain pellet that might get you closer to the mid to high 400 fps? And of coarse warmer temperatures we know help,Take Care!
@jakeanddar Thanks - lighter will always make the fps go up. I like to test what people actually use rather then pellets made just to increase the fps.
@switchingtomac Not at all. It is a bit expensive, even for the basic, stripped model, which runs about 260 USD. The Nightstalker was usually around $190-200, so a bit less. But, from what I heard was less reliable than the Beretta.
I own the cx4 storm, it looks great, feels great, but I'm pretty disappointed by muzzle velocity and also it's very quiet compared to the other co2 guns i own. also i found the baretta scope that came with is canted a bit (off centre, tilted clockwise a little) since its a co2 gun it doesn't really matter too much, jw if you had the same problem?
Please do not take any offense from this as its a genuine question, but what's the point of doing a accuracy test without a sighted scope? Kinda nullifies the test does it not ? Or am I missing something here?
@JUNAID187 No offense taken, the test is to see how tight of a group I can get not to see how close to the center of the target I can get, that can always be adjusted later.
@switchingtomac Oh that clears it up. Though how come you don't sight the guns in ? Anyway what diameter a grouping would you consider to be accurate? half an inch? 2 inches? Dunno
@JUNAID187 If I have time I will center the sights on the target, don't always have time to do it. Accuracy expectations really depend on the type of gun I am shooting. BB guns will not get as good of grouping but pellet air rifles will get better groupings even from further distances then BB guns.
Since all of your crony tests are way below the stated fps why does this gun and the nightstalker have to be detuned since they are going to shoot below 500 fps anyway?
do you know the fps of this gun in england?
GamingXpaul2K10 2 weeks ago
@GamingXpaul2K10 I am not sure what your FPS restrictions are, in the US it has a claim of 600 fps.

@wesleysnipessss Yes it is a bit underpowered, would be nice to get more out of it. Mine did not come with a scoop, I added it to mine afterwards.

can you review the scope wich on cx4?
vovavoyevodin 2 months ago
@vovavoyevodin I'm no expert on scopes, I just use whatever I happen to find that works when I am looking for a scope for a gun at any given time.

@slickslack7000 Good question, but that's what Umarex and Crosman had to do to get them into Canada.
