@GnosisMan50 Voice dialogue creates an aware ego. It is therefore able to recognise and regulate the various sub personalities and power structures that exist within the self so you can find an appropriate balance. Basically you become able to choose which hat to wear in each situation rather than just reacting in a habitually pre-determined way. You become the captain of your own ship rather than a pseudo-spectator.
