I have this episode aswell, but the tape is damaged due to mold.

They say 1996 was the last of the 'golden' era of corrie as in 1997 new producer Brian Park came in with the intention of introducing younger characters and axed several older characters including Don Brennan, Percy Sugden, Bill Webster, Maureen Holdsworth and Derek Wilton. The actress who played Mavis resigned because her co-star was axed. Though it still continued to be great until 2005, but since last year its been back on form
