I have watched many videos post top and NO results (although many excellent), compare to your results. In comparison, I am seeing different incisions, scars and what has to be different proceedures perhaps. I see no incisions along the lower side of your pectoral muscles. The others I have seen (immediate post op) have been scars from the underarm, beneath the pec and on toward the sternum. Are you aware of any differences in surgical options?

Ouch. One of the things about that side of my chest is that the scar tissue has stopped the nerves from reconnecting. Can hardly feel a thing on that side. Means I can massage it quite firmly. Things do settle over time, so good luck with yours.

That did occur to me too! I'd say yes, the rings are a great general core strengthener, although I'd been doing a lot of hanging leg raises on a chin-up bar before i got them, and that's probably what really made the definition start to show there. I'll post a workout video someday.
