Both trailers are good, I prefer the first one because it makes Dumb and Dumber look dark and maybe a little disturbing and this one makes Dumb and Dumber look like another heist movie but less serious and interesting.

This one was way better than the first one. I like that you used the original audio from the trailer, the constant references to watches that occurred in the real movie, the odd camera angles, like Duff and the fisheye lens, even the limo hitting the other car at the same time that the train is barreling through traffic.

I love the concept too since Jim Carrey is mostly living in a fantasy for most of the movie.

I liked the pacing in this one more than in version one, but it the lip-synching ruined this for me. Also, some of the shots looked out of place (the first one went together perfectly), and I think you should've kept the actual dialogue from D&D'er. You should do a version 3!
