You can find it for free, but typically it's a program you have to pay for. I found mine for free over the internet, I have CS4 and it's not a trial version either.

You make a new layer and then you jsut color it a color you want it to be. And then you change the layer to soft light. :D Or you can do this other way, but I personally think the coloring thing is easier. XD
