@mizo2222222 Sorry... Mike uses basic TABs sometimes, but mostly we just learn by ear and then do our own versions. I learned this song back in 81 and just played the solos off the cuff.

Thanks Tapper, I wish we had spent a bit more time getting good recordings... These in my den are all pretty raw single takes with a lot of faith in the mic and the room acoustics.

I bought the Washburn just because if felt good. A lot of acoustic basses play somewhat like a cow.

The Washburn is a really nice bass, but I've seen a few Michael Kelly models lately that are pretty good for the price. You just have to find the ones that FEEL good.

Its funny, since St Patricks day that irish song has just taken off on YT Mike and I do this mostly for fun, and I don't write songs much these days (I used to write and record a Lot!).
