I dont understand something. In epic time, Doomsday kills superman.. but in here the season 8 finale is "doomsday" and I think doomsday appears... my question is, if he appears, how is it that clark is alive?

@gonzadance Well something you have to remember is that Smallville is it's own lineage, the "Smallville" story doesn't have to be cannon to the official "Superman" story. And also, technically speaking... *SPOILER ALERT!*.... At the end of 'Doomsday' Clark only traps Doomsday down a shaft, he doesn't conclusively kill him. Who knows... the writers probably just left it as is so that fans can assume that supermans epic battle with DDay ensues after Smallville.
