  • Sorry to complain, but the background noise [music?] was a torture.

  • don't they clean there trains jeez japanese always clean theres

  • Un viaje alucinante a mas de 250 Km por hora / A amazing travel at more of 250 KM per hour

  • 08/30/2011 - @whitbyjet65 - I live in New York City so I know what the hell train is. I love train. London tube, Paris metro name it. Been there and to different places.

  • can buy a car which is faster

  • @stuartbeckett Go right ahead...

  • @eurodestination You can yes, but you can't get to it's top speed legally in Britain

  • @stuartbeckett Screw cars.. you're not going anywhere with them since traffic on the motorway is stuck until well after 20.00. And the worse thing is: they cost a lot of money: first a driving license, then the actual car, insurance, fuel (taxes, taxes, taxes !), maintenance, parking, congestion charges. I am very glad that I decided not to get one --- I'll stick to the train.

  • @AmersfoortTristan Trains are great if you work near a station.

  • @whitbyjet65 A lot of people do.

  • @AmersfoortTristan Most don't.

  • @whitbyjet65 Depends on what country you're in. In the U.S: most people don't even know what a train is. But take for instance a country like the Netherlands: trains here packed here in the morning (and so are the motorways) but a lot of offices are located just outside train stations.

  • @AmersfoortTristan I love trains (that's why I'm here) but most people don't work near a train station. If you work at the opposite end of town, commuting by train just isn't an option. Even worse if you work out of town. The nearest station can be miles & miles away.

  • @whitbyjet65 As I said: it depends on what country you're in. I really suggest you take a look at the Netherlands and you'd find out that a lot of offices around train stations. Take for example The Hague and Amsterdam. Both commercial centres are within less then five minutes from a train station. The same goes for Rotterdam. The same goes (to an extent as the industrial zone isn't) for Amersfoort, my hometown.

  • @AmersfoortTristan But the Netherlands is a tiny country with a tiny population.

  • @whitbyjet65 Tiny country ? Yes. Tiny population. Well.. put almost 17 million on two times Rhode Island and see what you get.. Anyway -there are several more countries in Europe that can do that. It has a lot to do with the way in which a country plans and manages it's infrastructure.

  • @stuartbeckett maby so but dose it have a bar or cafe built in to it and rest rooms

  • @stuartbeckett in your dreams...LOLOL

  • @stuartbeckett BUT can you use a car to go over the channel?

  • @BrickBlaster5000 i been to spain in my new car

  • @BrickBlaster5000

Yes you can take a car trough the tunnel (on a train). Eurotunnel operate shuttle services between Folkestoneand Calais for cars and Lorries.

  • @stuartbeckett but you'd still need a train to get to other side duh !

so might as well get eurostar which takes you right there as opposed to folkstone to calais on eurotunnel !

  • @stuartbeckett going to buy a veyron
