I had the sheet music written out (transcribed) by a student (she only did the vocal line but a competent piano player could add chords for themselves). Send me you email and I'll happily send you the pdf - only a small file as it's only 2 pages

I think (and I'm not a musician - unless you count hand drumming on the steering wheel of my car - I'm good at that) he wrote out the chords and used that. I can ask him and get back to you.
This was 1 song of 22 songs performed in a Cabaret evening. Some where performed in context of the shows there were from (or at the very least in the spirit of the show), whilst others were performed out of context.
