Why isn't Leonardo in Revelations? Ezio always writes to Claudia, but he isn't even mentioned. Did he die by the time Ezio got to Constantinople?

@ManelinhoAraujinho When Ezio arrives in Constantinople it is 1510 and Leonardo's historical death is in 1519 so he arrives in Constantinople 9 years before Leonardo's death. At the end of the Da Vinci Disappearance Leonardo says that he is going to do some work for the king of France which was historically correct and so I guess it would be cos' he didn't know exactly where he was. I agree that he should have at least been mentioned but he does appear as a Patron Picture in the multiplayer.
