Wish music was still like this. I grew up listening to music like this in my home and I can't stand half of the pop stuff on the radio today. Wish I was hearing this.
First time I've ever heard this song. At first, I thought it was new - but then I could tell from the singer's voice that it just doesn't belong in this era. Late '60s pegs it well. Still, an awesome song!!! I wish this style would make a comeback today.
A true classic, I could listen to this 'till the day I die and it would still sound as fresh as the first time I ever heard it (probably late 70'sfor me). True musicians, hmm, waht a concept!
@myreasonablevoice7 I was 8 when Diane Linkletter jumped out the window. Can still remember hearing my mother and neighbor ladies talking about it. Her death is one of the reason why I was scared to try drugs of any kind.
Genius.

I found this song by accident, searching Google for the book "She's Come Undone". Don't you love when you find something amazing by accident? :D

The lyrics are about a girl Bachman saw at a party who went into a coma after dropping acid.

@clodoaldoplata 1969 to be exact. God, the marvelous things you could hear on the AM radio then - actually great tunes that you sing along with.
Now it's all guys ranting and mocking anything that isn't 100% Rightest of the Right-Wing.
