i just returned from a lecture by bernando (he's here in ny/brooklyn) and i asked him about eating chocolate - he said he rarely eats chocolate and if so it's always dark. the cocoa butter in most chocolate is very bad for you.

Not a strict vegetarian!! eats cold water fish!! It makes the whole difference!
