i live in Maryland. and yes it is stupid..
@XxlarrissaxX for real i wanted to go cause i just wanted candy but the police were giving tickets out...
that look like fun.. 1 question the new law didn't pass down there? cause where i live at if your 13 and up you couldn't trick or treat.. cause you get a ticket..
